We recently returned from a wonderful vacation in the Dominicana Republic. Caribe Deluxe Princess. ​What elevated our stay from good to extraordinary, however, was the incredible service—specifically from Nina in customer service. ​Nina went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly. She was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whenever we had a questions, needed dining reservations, or wanted recommendations for local excursions, Nina handled everything quickly and with a smile. She paid attention to every small detail and made us feel like valued VIP guests throughout our entire trip. ​Her dedication and hospitality represent the absolute best of Dominican warmth. I spent 3 weeks here as a solo traveller and firstly I must say this hotel is a lovely hotel that has a lot going for it, this hotel is a more quieter hotel than others I've stayed in even though the hotel was always full (I know this as I attempted to book my new partner and her daughter to join me in a separate room whilst I was here) this hotel has 3 pools one where all the action/activities take place a more relaxed pool and a family pool unless you want a specific spot there's sunbeds available throughout the day the beach is beautiful but there is the seaweed problem but it doesn't ruin the holiday and you can still go on the sea the buffet restaurant is exactly what you'd expect nothing special but definitely not poor either the pizza counter is very good and other stations cooking different foods as long your happy waiting for them to be cooked for you once again you'll always find a table no matter what time you go different themed entertainment every night which is mixed and usually finishes around 1030 the place usually quietens down after this and the sports bar is the place to go if you want drinks long into the night no problem with a/c just make sure the balcony door is closed properly otherwise it turns it off lots of lovely walks around the resort full of wildlife this place is mainly a Spanish language so do learn a little bit before you go the staff are amazing and lovely and will help you in every way but they do appreciate the effort speaking to them in Spanish even if you can't pronounce words properly tips are very appreciated and the staff do go that even further mile for you overall having stayed at other hotels in Dominican Republic I would say this hotel is deserving of it's five star grade for its cleanliness and friendliness and facilities it is however in no terms luxurious but definitely attempts to deliver a high quality service I would recommend this hotel to everyone of all backgrounds however if you are wanting a lovely resort where drinking and partying is your thing then this place probably isn't for you however if you wanting a fun-filled resort which can be quieter at times due to changeover days then I'd fully recommend this place

I really loved the entertainment in the hotel, they always came up with new fun activities and were all so very kind and bubbly and friendly. In the evenings they did really big shows which all were amazing, but throughout the day they also had a lot of smaller activities to do so it would never be boring. Especially Bambu he was really nice and always gives his best at making people smile and he always motivates people to do their best and to have the best time they possibly could! Overall I can just say that I loved it over here and that I can really recommend this resort to everyone who wants to stay in the area! ☺️

I went with a large group of travelers from my area but essentially solo. First impression the resort is beautiful. The lobby is open and very beautiful. There are lots of seats, fishponds, plants and a bar. The resort is vast in size therefore they do have trams that will take you around the resort. The room was clean and comfortable. Not a fan of the shower but it did its job. There are 3 nice pools, however, I favored the one with the swim up bar. There is bird, peacocks, flamingos and iguanas roaming freely over the grounds. There are several restaurants included in the all-inclusive. The food market has buffet and always a decent selection. It was a hit or a miss, but it did its job and fed me. Getting a reservation for one of the restaurants is hard. I arrived on a Sat and immediately attempted to get one. I found much better chance if go to the concierge. Fogo was amazing. I loved the meats; they were flavorful and plenty. The Dominican place was good as well. We ate at second seating and no appetizer left. I tried the soup it was very tasty and the entree was good and fresh. The sports bar has average food. They have spicy and not spicy wings. No dressing for the wings which is kind of criminal IMO. You can order a lot of food to try there. We tried chicken quesadilla and was pretty good. The nachos were good but hit or miss if hot. They have a small bowling alley in sports bar which is nice. The drinks were weak at all the bars we went to. Don't get me wrong they are free and they are fruity, but they are WEAK. The beach was well kept. Apparently, seaweed is bad at this time and only encountered one day where it was out of control. Plenty of huts and seats available. Nice selection of excursions to be booked off the resort through the resort or they have people roaming the beaches selling excursions. Overall, my stay was pretty great, it is my first time out of the country, and it was a good experience. My only complaint is the airport which not their fault.
