Rosanni, Emilia, and Kianilet were amazing at the preferred pool bar!! Again, they took amazing care of our family and especially our children!!

Had a wonderful time , felt a very safe place to stay. Staff were very good. Our Butler Sebastian was a lovely guy, helpful and always answered texts wanting to help. We met the manager of the hotel ( Mani) who was very friendly helpful . Having daughter with autism he even told her she could call front desk and ask for him should she need any help or have worries. I would recommend this hotel to others !!

We just got back from a glorious week stay at Dreams Dominicus La Romana. Beautiful resort with a gorgeous beach!! Water was blue, with white sand, large beach area and no seaweed - which was very important to us! Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way! Sebastian was our butler and he was fabulous!! Offered his help every day, messaged us every day with the current days activities etc. Super friendly! Hard workers there!! We stayed in the preferred family suites. Very spacious and clean rooms! Housekeeping came in twice a day (morning and evening). The preferred family suites has its own private pool you can use and the flying fish buffet which had great breakfast and lunch! Even though the preferred family suites are “across the tiny road”, there is a tunnel you walk through and it is no more than a 5 minute straight, beautiful walk to the beach. You don’t even realize you are across a road. It really is a beautiful resort. Plenty of sunbathing chairs and towels at pool and beach! Food was good too. No complaints and no one out of our party of 10 got sick! Food choices for everyone and they always did their best to sit all 10 of us together! Buffets, à la cartes (which are unlimited and you don’t need reservations for), beach restaurants, cafe, brick oven pizzas, unlimited choice of food. Definitely recommend this resort and hope to be back sometime soon! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

We had a lovely 10 days at the hotel. Our butler Sebastian is absolutely amazing as is the beach and all the staff especially the waiters and waitress . However watching the football this afternoon and having things thrown at us and feeling completely unprotected sat with my 14 year old son was distressing. The hotel was set up for Argentinian families and supports which is fine, but remember us that won’t come back again.

We loved our time here. The beach area is just stunning but we got up early throughout our stay so had no issues getting sunbeds etc. If you are late risers may be different. We ate early in restaurants and buffets too and had no issues either and had good experiences throughout. In this particular resort not sure if preferred is worth it to be honest. We had a really great stay and found the hotel clean and tidy with nice rooms. We really went for the beach and found this just beautiful. We did one snorkeling trip which we enjoyed too. We would come back.
