Ada was absolutely incredible! She was so helpful with anything we needed, and we had a group of 15 people so it was a challenge. She was attentive and kind and absolutely amazing. Wilkin was a great bartender and is a big reason the trip was so memorable! I have a gluten allergy so Mercedes one of the head chefs was able to make sure I was safe to eat and also was able to provide alternate gluten free options (like pizza). I’d love to go back again.

Love the experience in the hotel. The food it´s great. And the people very nice. In my opinion only missing a cool spot that we can be during the day if we want to refresh a bit after launch and not go to our room. Exist that space for kids only. But would be good to have also a space for adults with AC.

This was a great hotel. The beach was beautiful! And the staff was always friendly and willing to help you in any way they could.

We stayed for 8 days, and had an absolute blast in paradise. We stayed as a group of 11 family members. And we never had trouble getting chairs or restaurant reservations. Alejandro was the best, he went above and beyond and made sure our plans and reservations were set in the morning. Our stay was infinitely more special having the assistance of Alejandro with our family.
