Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

We visited Dreams Flora recently as a family. Overall, the experience was positive. Hospitality and customer service were above and beyond expectations. There was sufficient entertainment for adults, teens and small children. The resort was clean, with the exception of the seaweed along the beaches which can't be helped. My only complaint really is that the food was mediocre at best. However, for the value, I am satisfied with our experience.

Fantastic location. Within 30 mins from Punta Cana airport. 10mins from Dolphin Explorer. 20mins from Sacred River. Our trip to the Dominican Republic and our stay at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa was simply amazing and truly memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, approachable, and welcoming. Special thanks to the staff at the World Café, especially Lucy, Camila, Brandy, and Neftali, who made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities could benefit from a little more maintenance and deeper cleaning in some areas. It would also be helpful to have more entertainment information boards placed around the hotel so guests can easily see what activities are available. The tube water slides were quite slow for the children due to low water pressure, and it would be great to have a drinks station closer to the water slide area. The gift shop had many lovely items that I wanted to purchase, but unfortunately the prices were far too high, which was disappointing. I would also have liked to see drink menus available at each bar, as this would make it easier to know what drinks are available, including options for children. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and made many wonderful memories. I would definitely go back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in Punta Cana. The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There were plenty of dining options, and we always found something good to eat no matter what we were in the mood for. Upgrading to the Preferred Club was definitely worth it for the extra perks and outstanding service. Denise at the Preferred Club made amazing drinks and brought such a fun energy every day. Juan Carlos and Irwin were also incredible and made sure we were always taken care of. Alberto at the adults-only club helped make our evenings even more enjoyable. Melvin helped us from the moment we arrived and was always checking on us throughout our stay, which really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, which added so much to the overall experience. The entertainment was okay, although at times it didn’t feel very tailored to younger Black guests. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Flora Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Punta Cana.

We had an amazing experience! The food was good, service was good and our kids loved the pool. The beach was small but we'll kept. The pools were clean. Our kids loved the options.

Third return visit to Dreams Flora as we’ve always been very pleased. The grounds, pools, rooms and facilities are well maintained. Great beach kept seaweed free. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Multiple dining options and have never been disappointed at meals.
