Wonderful staff, very clean, beautifully kept grounds, nice beach, good food. Great for families with young kids. Lacking outlets in room and earlier dinner dining options

The resort is beautiful. It is clean and the grounds are lovely. Our room was spacious, had lots of storage and a large bathroom and vanity area. Housekeeping came twice a day. The food and drinks were very good and better than other all inclusive a we’ve visited. My husband booked a preferred room and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After booking, he was diagnosed with Celiac disease and must eat a gluten free diet. As part of the Preferred rooms, we had access to the Seaside Grill for breakfast and lunch instead of just the buffet and beach grill. He had many options to choose from and the staff was very attentive to his dietary restrictions. The buffet had a small area labeled gluten free but none of the other items had allergy labels so we only ate there one time. It was our first time traveling after his diagnosis and all of the restaurants accommodated dietary restrictions extremely well. The buffet has packaged gluten free bread and we even brought one to the Seaside Grill so he could have a burger for lunch. Butler service is part of the Preferred rooms. We utilized our butler to secure a reservation at the hibachi restaurant and for a few other minor requests. It was also nice having access to the smaller pool which also had a swim up bar. For most people, the Preferred room is nice but not necessary. However, I would highly recommend it if you have any dietary restrictions.

Great customer service by all resort staff. It is a beautiful resort with good food, especially the a la carte restaurants.

This resort is wonderful. Family of four, 2 daughters aged 12 and 13. Not much for them to do activity wise, but that didn't bother us on this trip. The teen zone is upstairs behind the main stage and has a pool table, table tennis etc. You have to hunt for it and know that it is there, which is a shame as i think they could do more with it and get teens congregating together with pool comps etc. Rooms are great sizing and bathrooms for a mum and two daughters were spot on size! no fighting for mirrors in this place. Food was all great- we enjoyed every restaurant. Preferred lounge was used more than we expected thanks to the calm ambience, amazing air con, great selection of snacks and a fabulous bar service. Our butler, Nathaniel, was amazing and made our stay hassle free. The beach cabanas were fabulous and by far our favourite day renting one of those. Maria in the asian restaurant was one of our favourite waitresses. Preferred pool sunbed reserving was not ideal, but after speaking to the hotel about it, things did change. Would definitely return.

I have never picked a vacation based only on the resort - I always look at surrounding areas and availability of excursions. However, this being a wedding meant that I didn't get off the resort at all. And I didn't want to! By far the best resort I've been to, the grounds are beautifully kept and well designed. You feel like you're in a private area at almost all times. Service was great, having multiple pools with swim up bars was essential to get the party started, and the beach was a welcome respite when needed.
