Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

We spent a week here in July. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The buffet was the only option for breakfast and lunch, unless you upgrade to preferred club. After 24 hrs of that buffet, we upgraded. The buffet was dirty and so many people were grabbing food with dirty hands! We got a butler with our upgrade: Our butler was Oliver and he was FANTASTIC! The upgrade is 1000% worth it and would only stay here again under preferred club. The pools, restaurants, and top shelf liquor are worth the extra money!

We originally wanted to stay at Dreams but we’re traveling with older kids ages 20, 18 & 17 and thought they would get bored. We choose the Hard Rock and did NOT enjoy our stay. We were stranded in Punta Cana after our flight was canceled and spent our last night at Dreams Flora and knew immediately upon arrival we should’ve stayed here the entire week. We were greeted upon arrival with cool towels, our butler, Nathan, was amazing and we had wonderful snacks and freshness pressed/squeezed juices while we waited for check in. The grounds were so tropical & lush. The pools were gorgeous and the resort so peaceful! The food at the buffet was amazing compared to Hard Rock. I so wish we picked Dreams vs Hard Rock! The only negative was the beach. There was a ton of seaweed.

Room Service Horrible Barely cleaned room i didn’t complain about the first day but the second day I spoke to front desk multiple times said they was going to get someone to do it right away waited a hour & a half still nobody spoke to some one a third time at 5:02 after I been out at excursion all day and still nothing will not be back

We had a great time. Unfortunately we went during sargassum season so there was a bad smell near our room that was near the beach. And we could not enjoy the beach (not Dreams fault) the hotel was very clean and the pools were pristine. The food was great for an all-inclusive. The Dominican breakfast is a must, it was delicious. The service was excellent and check-in and out was a breeze. We loved our stay but would not return during sargassum season.
