Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa

I had the absolute best time here! The staff was beyond amazing and exceeded all expectations! I can't eat meat, wheat, or dairy and there were tons of delicious options for me to eat! The facility was clean and beautiful. The activities and shows were so much fun!! I have only good things to say and will definitely return if I have the opportunity!!!

Amazing stay from check in through all the stay... Food , drinks and specially the staff ... Rooms were clean . definitely going back soon

We visited with a group of 40 at Dreams Macao the last week of June! It was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we arrived we felt like royalty and all our guests were treated the same. The staff was friendly and attentive dealing with large groups for meals and addressing allergies and dietary restrictions. Our group enjoyed the lazy river and spent most days there while enjoying tacos from the taco truck and drinks made by Papa Chicken!! We also spent a lot of nights at the night club which was an amazing venue on property for night life. We were preferred club, but don’t feel like it is a make or break for the trip as many of our guests were not preferred and still enjoyed their time. The resort is small enough to walk around without getting tired however there are golf carts available if you do not want to walk we used them a couple times to get from our room to the lobby. We are excited for our next trip back to celebrate our anniversary and hopefully check out Secrets Macao Beach.

Stayed for a week to attend our daughter’s wedding. The wedding staff were fantastic. The staff as a whole work really hard and were always pleasant. Food was good -lots of options and room was clean. Overall I highly recommend this resort. Absolutely stunning and well run!!

We had an outstanding week at this lovely resort. This was our 5th time and it’s just incredible. We stayed in building 1 with a swim out. The room was located near the preferred adult pool. Noise level wasn’t bad. We did hear music from the main pool and private event but it was tolerable. Adrian, our butler, was there to greet us upon arrival. This was our 3rd time with Adrian. He made sure to check in on us throughout our stay and fixed any issues immediately. Miguel, butler, was friendly and remembered us from our last visit. He was pleasant and always willing to help with anything. Eddy, butler, was always walking around the resort with a smile. He was the first person that greeted us when we visited the resort a few years ago. Eddy is a wonderful person who always goes out of his way for his guests. He was kind enough to give my son a small gift this last visit. The entertainment team was excellent every day and evening with something fun for both adults and kids. The adult team lead by Marcelo, Tairi, Baby Face, Victor OG, CJ, Merry Christmas, La Coco, Mont Blanc. The team always said hello to my family and always gave high five to my son. They are hardest working entertainers in the industry. They are 10/10. Let’s not forget the fabulous Dreams dancers. I don’t know all of the names but Barbie and Ana Balarina stood out the most. Barbie would dance with my son in the afternoon by the main pool area and before the nightly show. The Explorer Club lead by Cuteness, Rainbow, Queen and Candy. They had plenty of activities to keep my son occupied inside the club and outside by the pool and beach area. Cuteness get ready for water volleyball. We will be back soon. We family got phone calls from Moana and Jhony Bravo former employees of this hotel. My son was sad that he didn’t get to see them but phone calls from them meant the world to him. The amazing bartenders were attentive, made great drinks and always served with a smile include - Jorge (lobby), Papa Chicken (lazy river), Mayra (Sugar Reef), Nixon (Barefoot Grill), Frank, Damaris, Maria (main pool). Special thanks to Mr. Confidence aka Coffee at the World Cafe, Rudy, Lorenzo. We saw Mr. Confidence in the evening at Seaside Grill and the Italian restaurant. Oceania (Preferred breakfast & lunch) - Youcanus & Alejandro. Tuesday was Asado night. In the past, guests with preferred status and UVC membership were able to join the festivities without a charge. Now they charge $30 for adults and $10 for kids. Orelinda, UVC, for the brief update presentation. She would reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything was fine. Overall, the mixture of exceptional service, great entertainment, an amazing kids club and outstanding food and drinks made this a memorable vacation.
