Great resort with lots of activities for the family. Larger property than other Dreams I've been to. I would go back again.

I had the most amazing time at my stay at Dreams Onyx! Zorro helped us out every single day and ensured we had dinner reservations, everything we needed in our rooms and made sure we were set all the time! He is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone going, the stay would not have been the same without him! Definitely will be going back and requesting Zorro again!

Our family just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Onyx Resort, and we are already talking about when we can come back! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and introduced to our butler, Jesus. Right away, he made us feel like VIPs. He personally escorted us to our room, made sure we were comfortable, explained everything we needed to know about the resort, and checked that we had everything to start our vacation. Like any resort, we had a couple of very minor maintenance issues a ceiling fan wasn't working and our mini fridge stopped cooling. What impressed us most wasn't that there were issues, but how quickly they were handled. Within a very short time, maintenance was at our room, and everything was either repaired or replaced without any hassle. That level of service really stood out. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the pools and amenities are fantastic, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. There is so much to do, yet the atmosphere is still relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the experience was getting to know the staff. As the week went on, they weren't just employees they became familiar faces and friends. Every person we encountered greeted us with a smile and genuinely wanted to make our vacation special. But the true highlight of our trip was Jesus. I honestly don't know how he did it! It became a running joke in our family that he must have secret tunnels underneath the resort because no matter where we were, he somehow appeared exactly when we needed him. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, walking through the property, or heading to dinner, there was Jesus, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. He even seemed to meet us outside the restaurants almost every evening before dinner to make sure we were taken care of. He stayed in constant communication with our family throughout the trip, always just a quick message away. His attention to detail was incredible, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. He was knowledgeable, professional, organized, and incredibly kind but what made him truly exceptional was how personal he made the experience feel. By the end of our vacation, he no longer felt like our butler; he genuinely felt like part of our family. In the hospitality industry, it's the people who create lifelong memories, and Jesus is one of those rare people who has a true gift for making guests feel cared for. He turned a wonderful vacation into one we will never forget. To everyone at Dreams Onyx, thank you for creating such a beautiful resort and for employing people who genuinely love what they do. And to Jesus thank you for taking such incredible care of our family. You are a huge reason this vacation was so special. We cannot wait to return to Dreams Onyx, and there is absolutely no question we will be requesting Jesus as our butler again. If you're lucky enough to have him during your stay, you're in for an unforgettable experience.
