Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

One of the most beuatifull resort I was with my family. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. We haven't any issue in the hotel. Whatever we would like to have there wasn't problem with it. Entertaiment team was the best :)

The location is stunning, the beach is lovely and well kept, with staff working to keep any seaweed off the sand. Massive complex too and easy to get lost in (in a good way!). Sunbeds around pools are hard to get unless you get up at the crack of dawn, unfortunately in our 5 days we didn't get any seats. But, regardless were happier on the beach anyways. The staff are great, we made a friend with Vlad from the entertainment team too who made the effort to speak to us every day. I am celiac (gluten free) and the food was great, and accommodating. Each restaurant offers plenty of options. Drinks were also very good. Overall I would defiantly stay again, only stayed for 5 nights as I was coming home from travelling and wanted to relax before heading home. But would return!

This was our fourth visit to Dreams Royal Beach - and we will return next year as well. The staff is excellent. Our concierge Jose was awesome. He took care of any questions and concerns we had. Our group was also treated to a dinner on the beach - which was totally unexpected. The folks who handled this dinner, Hansel (manager), Diogenes (our waiter - he was fantastic), Francisco (our chef - awesome), and Jose our concierge did a great job - and this experience was very much appreciated! Also, thanks to Marcello - he's one of the reasons we keep coming back. The management of the hotel takes pride in this place - we've seen it every time we have gone here. We go back to Royal beach because of a few things. The hotel grounds are spacious, so it doesn't feel crowded. There is a nice selection of food/restaurants, and the buffets are always clean and well stocked. The beach is large and sandy and you can walk for a long time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bars have a nice selection of liquors. If you have kids they have a nice little waterpark as well. You can tell the staff here works very hard to make you feel welcome.

We were there for a week, grounds are beautiful & everything was clean. Beach & pools were great. Lots of chairs. Bar staff was very friendly- our favorite bars were the main bar by the lobby & the pool bar by the beach. Went to CoCos everyday coffee was great!! Food- Fushion we ate the Fushion 3 times . Excellent food & great service. We even got into the tepanaki table- that was fun. Food-Seaside grill I had the salmon-very oily salmon steak but tasty. Chicken wings were supposed to hot wings, but they were terrible, boyfriend got brown gravy on his NY strip steak, we had crab cakes - tasted like a fish sticks, empanada was delicious Food-Mercure terrible service. It took 3 hours to get in after we were told 20 minutes, people came in after us, got served & were done before us. Our food was cold, I ordered muscles they were cold, surf n turf was filet-great taste luke warm the surf was tiny 26-50 count shrimp, bf ordered durado- small & cold Food-tides bar the food was good until I asked the cook to make me a pizza . He told me to go to the buffet, it was closed . I came back he made me a pizza with ketchup on it. I brought it back they laughed at me. No apology Food-Portofino my pasta was delicious boyfriend had lamb it was delicious Food-Mexican it was good, I had the pork burrito Food- buffet we ate fresh omelettes & crepes everyday, loved the fruit choices-papaya& star fruit, sushi was good, lots of meat & veggies on the buffet . Food was cold, unless it was fresh. 3 out of 7 days we got upset stomachs, got home on Sunday had a headache all day, stomach cramps & frequent visits to the commode. My 3rd visit to Dreams , probably won’t go back! The property was beautiful-step up your food deliveries!!

We had a great visit to Dreams. Our butler, Jose C., was awesome. He helped to schedule dining experiences, set up a day with a cabana, and even surprised us with an amazing dinner on the beach. Chef Franciso prepared a tasty dinner and the service from Diogenes was perfect. Such a memorable experience!
