Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

This was our 5th visit to Dreams Royal Beach in less than a year. We truly enjoy this property’s service, cleanliness, expansive rooms, pickleball pros and variety. We come mainly come to relax, play pickleball and enjoy the restaurants. We have brought friends with us who also enjoy the resort. We always book preferred and request Emmanuel. This time he wasn’t available and we had Mayker. Both Emmanuel and Mayker go far and beyond, we couldn’t be more pleased. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating- everyone from Sandy and Samuel the bell hops/golf cart drivers, Dominga at the coffee shop, and Carlos on the preferred side bar. Restaurant staff such as a Vincente, Simona, Ernesto, Glennys, Rosemery, Yasmeiry, Nelson M., Dongenes are great! We play Pickleball daily - they resurfaced two counts but now the third stand alone court is really needing repairs, as the court surface is peeling. A problem with that area is there is absolutely no wifi in that area of the pickleball and tennis courts….considering all concierges communicate via WhatsApp that is a huge problem since you can’t communicate with them until you are back at the lobby. Frances and Marcos are great pros, they provide instruction, equipments, cold water and towels. Pools and beaches are great- clean, lots of towels. Yhe beaches are clean and well maintained! The chair game is real, like clockwork, people throw towels on the chairs and walk away all day….so sometimes it is hard to get a chair…I wish staff would remove the towels after one hour of no use. , As someone who always books preferred it’s quite annoying to meet guests at preferred pools and beach areas that are not preferred. Every single time we come we meet multiple people who use the preferred beds, pools , and beach area who aren’t preferred , all of them telling us that no one checks, it diminishes the value of what preferred guest pay. I wish they used bracelets to identify preferred or used staff at entry to check. At Dreams Natura in Cancun they check when you enter the preferred pool/beach areas. For an all-inclusive, their Al a carte food is good! Mercure, Seaside, Tres Colores are great! Food at the buffet is good too! Lots of variety! We will be back in two months! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation you should come here.

I was there for one week,from August 22nd until August 29th, i arrived last week and i can tell you, it was the most amazing and lovely experience, the accomodations, the rooms, the restaurants, the food, the hotel,location, atmosphere, cleaniness, amenities (EVERYTHING PERFECT) but the most SPECTACULAR was the customer services in all areas, in the front desk, in the pool bar, beach bar, the cafe in the lobby all the people who work in the hotel are SPECTACULAR educated, professional, friendly all the time are laughing and take care of "US" all the time. the magic word when we aske how are you today "EXCELLENT " i want to mention this particular people COCO CAFE BAR : Luisa, Alba y Yessenia, POOL BAR: David, Adoni and Wilkin, Jorge BEACH BAR: Luis, Ambiorix, Adriana. FRONT DESK: Jhonny and Xiomara GUYS THANK YOU!!! for everything RAMON AND I had amazing vacations thanks all of you, and for sure other guest we meet in the pool think in the same way like us, the family from Boston, and many more. Continue in that way you really give the hotel the most important value, to wish to come back... SEE YOU NEXT YEAR GUYS!!!❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this resort. Limited entertainment/activities. Beach not clean. Unfriendly invites in the room (roaches).

Wonderful experience, love the Dominican people and the service we received at the resort. Will definitely go again!!

Hotel is very nice with great views. Very taken care of and the hospitality was exceptional. Restaurant was good but could of been better. Breakfast was not to good not there specialty. Could of had more seafood and more local cuisine. Pools are clean and beach seaweed but they tried to maintain it and did a good job. Overall had a great experience. Martin our concierge was phenomenal
