This is not a 5 star resort, however it also isn't a 5 star price, so be realistic about your expectations and you will be absolutely fine. In brief - the grounds are lovely, the pools are okay, the food is okay, the drinks are good, the rooms are good, and the staff on the whole are attentive. Take everything you need with you (including inflatables for the pool) as shop prices are crazy. Book a la carte restaurants for as many evenings as you can. Buffet for breakfast and lunch is fine. Use the quiet half of the pool if you can, as this was fabulous (albeit 7' deep). The shallower half with the swim up bar is far less pleasant. The sea is very seaweedy and incredibly salty, which can't be helped of course, but not good for swimming in. The waterpark really isn't all that, don't go there just for this! We hardly used it, and we had boys aged 19-11 who we thought would love it. We had a really fun time for under £10k for a family of 6, all inclusive for 7 nights in the Summer, from UK. I'm not sure you could do much better for the same price!
