Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana

Stayed in hideaway adult only recently. Hotel clean and relaxed . Staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to juan and Licda Sanchez both customer services and very helpful and friendly. Also all staff around hideaway pool ,bar ,vibe and towel guys .Francesca and all staff from dorado’s .had no complaints from any of restaurants .

Just returned home from another fantastic time at hideaway.Again no major issues.The room was always cleaned daily,all managers,supervisors and staff were friendly and polite.Jp and yohanna were great fun from animation.Victor Lopez was a great butler again.Best meal was Monday night BBQ at Dorado for hideaway guests, but zen was very good also.Juan and Martha were very good at hideaway pool bar.Demitrio,Jose and Pablo were very good at martini bar,as were Erasmo and Jonathan at lobby bar.All the female waitresses at the bars were polite and efficient.Arismendy at sands beach bar always found time for a chat.Wison at the hideaway pool, thank you for everything you did.Overall, had a great time again and will be returning in november for 21 nights.Thankyou to all managers and staff for what you do for us,always appreciated.

Location was beautiful and overall, the resort was as well. However, updates were needed on certain areas. The theater was dangerous- seats broken and not roped off. Chairs broke while people sat in them. Food was okay- hibachi was great! The spa was amazing - best deep tissue massage. The bartenders were great and friendly. Our biggest issue came from the lack of a butler that we had. He was not helpful or accommodating. He took us to our room upon arrival and never saw him again until our last day after our travel agent called and complained. We paid for the Diamond Club upgrade, but did not experience it. Our maid was great and actually found my credit card and placed it under my pillow!

The weather in scenic views were beautiful, but the butler that we were promised, we only saw him when he dropped off our bags and picked upour bags The bottle of alcohol that was included with our room. We got the day before we checked out. Our shower leaked all over our bathroom for a day and a half before we fixed it ourselves. The TV in the room did not upon arrival. There was no care package in the room upon arrival they came to fix the TV three times at 10 o’clock that night afterit was already fixed earlier in the evening. There were broken tiles in the pool, which ended up with one of our friends cutting her toe on the on it and then she hadto be transported to Medical. They were over half of the seats in the theater that were broken, which ended up on one of our friends sitting in a chair that broke halfway through a performance and she was thrown to the floor. The air conditioning in our room smelled very moldy. We had been told by other guest that there had been several fights at the resort.

Great location, Great staff,amazing food, close the beach and there options of different pools. Options of drinks at the beach and during the meal is very good. Is a good place for people who like to sit by the beach and enjoy life.The only set back is the Internet goes off and on and the TV in room freezes while you are enjoying your program
