Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana

Misled…need I say more..I should have learned from my last stay at the Royalton Chic, they overstate the perks and attention when booking hideaway and diamond club. Staff also pressure you to a 30mi timeshare with bonuses but ends up being 2hrs and lots of pressure, this even though I already got sucked into it when at Chic!! The room 2122 I chose for location but was unhappy to see many additional people including kids in my area that were NOT staying in a swim up like me! So why pay for it if you can just help yourself? The hallways are filled With loud workers in morning waking you up everyday! Never mind trying to get reservations, even with butler! Pools are dirty and way too warm, drinks weak, So here I am a paid timeshare owner once again not getting what I paid for and highly disappointed. The few things that were good were the bartenders at hideaway, the buffet was well done and the michael Jackson show and 4th of July festival was well done. So save your money and go to Bahia or Excellence .

We had a wonderful honeymoon over at the Royalton Hideaway. The room was clean, we had plenty of towels, ice cold AC, and tons of things to do. Special thanks to Dennis. He’s a great guy & an excellent butler!
