We had a great time. Our butler Jairon was great and the bar staff (Juan) was wonderful. Our housekeeper was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. Food was great along with our room.

Royalton Punta Cana did not disappoint!!! We had a blast each day and night of our stay. We stayed in the Diamond Club and Jairon provided excellent service!!😊

Once we found the adults only section, we were thrilled! And the Hideaway bar on the beach has a very talented bartender, Antonio. We looked forward to seeing him each day!

We had our wedding ceremony at the resort and they did a great job at accommodating our 51 guests. Luis, the onsite wedding coordinator, was great and made our special day a beautiful experience! Our butler, Dennis, was the MVP!! He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our entire stay absolutely amazing!! Our only complaint was that there were no elevators to access the guest rooms. This was an inconvenience for a few of our guests. We will definitely go back!!
