I had an Amazing experience overall the resort and room were extremely clean and bed was super comfy. Customer Service was 10 out of 10. The animation team made it so fun. I would definitely recommend.

First and last time here, we got 3 junior suites and first thing was the check in took over 1 hour, the rooms unlock nfc cards were not working, ac did not work on 2 out of the 3 rooms, room service was suposed to be until 11pm, but they disconnect their phone at 10pm for not to take more orders and then ask you for 20 dollars just to deliver after 11pm. They were not cleaning the beach for the sargazo, so it was unusable, the show was absolutely bad, karaoke night and a poor show after. The only good thing was the people at the restaurant and the bars were great, very bad hotel for the amount of money they charge.

Great experience nice people (workers) just good vibes all around . The pool was nice and warm to check in and checkout was super easy I would recommend this resort to everyone 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I came to Ocean Blue & Sand for our honeymoon. The highlight of the trip is the peaceful atmosphere. We spent a lot of time at the pool where the swim-up bar was always open. The staff there is amazing! We do wish the pool was cleaned daily. The food itself is nothing to write home about. The highlight of the foods are the buffet and their steakhouse. While reservations are difficult to obtain, we were able to go directly to Guest Services to snag our seats. The staff was unlike what we’ve experienced in our trip. They were highly attentive and the food was amazing compared to its other restaurants. From highest to lowest, we’d rank Bodegón (their steakhouse) as the highest, followed by Sensai, I Mascherati, Margarita, and Route 66. The buffet is always an option and never disappoints! Overall, the stay was very good—daily housekeeping, kind staff, and great price point.

Everything about this resort was amazing, the staff is so wonderful, all the activities they have planned daily are so much fun. They do an amazing job engaging with everyone. The bartender at the pool, Diogenes, made it such a fun experience keeping the crowd entertained while at the swim up bar!! I will definitely be coming back!!
