Dated rooms, phone’s didn’t work, outlets didn’t work asked for face towels to be left everywhere day but had to go to the front desk every day and ask gay, mini bar was not stocked daily. No complaints about the food.

The overall experience was good but there is room for improvement, smaller things that can go a long way for example the bathroom door was broken and had to be fixed, the toilet paper holder was also broken, many of the closet doors were hard to open or broken. minimal maintenance can really help the place be amazing. The staff was friendly and the food was great, we had a great waiter his name is Victor and he went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. We will return to a riu hotel but will likely to try another location.

At first impression this looked like a very nice complex. Really spacious and rooms scattered about everywhere. However, upon closer inspection there were quite a few things that didn’t impress me. We had 2 rooms, one was perfect and the other was a nightmare. The aircon in one room smelt bad, leaked from the vent creating a puddle on the floor and the ceiling fan did not work. We reported this several times to the front desk and were told the maintenance guy will sort it out. Nothing happened which is a shame. Apart from that, the hotel was fine. The seaweed on the beach and in the water was ridiculous and spoilt our holiday to be honest. We are a big beach family but we hardly spent any time on the beach due the seaweed. There was mountains of it. The hotel do their best to try and clear it in the morning but there is too much of it. Overall, this place had a party vibe to it with adult parties every other night. A very lovely place with excellent reps who can’t do enough for you. Food was ok not brilliant, some restaurants you have to get to early to get a place as you can not make reservations. The two main buffet restaurants were decent and had a good variety each day.

Had a wonderful time. Ramone and Luis Miguel at the tui pool were amazing and made our holiday more memorable. Food was great and always plenty of choice. Wanted to book again for next year but can't due to a refurbishment.
