Riu Palace Punta Cana

This resort is very impressive. Beginning with the registration right to the shore of the beach. Clean, bright with a charming atmosphere. The staff was amazing and professional. We were treated very warmly by all of the staff here. House cleaning did a fine job every day cleaning our room. The pools were clean. The beach was clean with little hassle from the vendors. The ocean water temperature was 85*. I couldn’t have chosen a better reason for the $$.

Pros:good service,food,very nice beach,clean rooms.Greate hotel.thank you Riu Palace Punta Cana. Cons:annoin people's on the beach,wich selling glsess,sigars,and every thin els.Why are they?Why they disturbing hotells gests?It is security and safety concern.And second thin is outdated tv in the rooms.In present time wee are need smart tv with :youtube,Netflix......

We have a great time at the resort. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Such an amazing holiday destination would highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome, the rooms are air conditioned which is lovely to escape the sun. The only down side was the entertainment, although it was amazing almost everything was in Spanish so our group wasn't able to enjoy it as much. All in all still an amazing location for a holiday.

My wife and I originally booked to stay at RIU Republica but when we arrived that placed had no running water throughout the whole resort. Luckily we were able to get a room at palace Punta Cana. What a great decision cuz this place had running water throughout our duration and we had no problem. I would stay here again if we decide to go back to the Dominican Republic. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality.
