Had an amazing stay at this resort. From the service to the ammenities and cleanliness of the property! 5/5

I arrived here yesterday and the experience has been very frustrating. While I expected a professional stay, the lack of maintenance and basic amenities is unacceptable. The Room: The room was in a state of disrepair upon arrival. There was a significant moisture issue, and staff actually had to patch and paint a hole in the wall while I was still occupied in the room. Facilities & Gym: The conditions in the fitness center are the most disappointing aspect of this stay. The floors are very dirty, and the facility lacks basic necessities such as towels and mats for the floors. Furthermore, the AC is failing to cool the gym, making it an incredibly uncomfortable environment. The most concerning discovery was the state of the public bathrooms located around the buffet at the restaurant. They are extremely dirty—honestly, I haven't seen anything so disgusting, and it is particularly troubling that this is right next to where food is being served. Overall: Between the invasive room repairs and the unhygienic, poorly equipped gym, I am very disappointed. I hope management addresses these maintenance failures immediately.

Where to start? Oh the moldy bed. MOLDY BEDS!! The pillows smelled sour, the floors and walls were filthy and we had to change rooms. An hour and a half later we got a Second room my daughter was in the shower and the electricity went out. We walked to the front desk and they said yeah it happens in that room. Oh ok. He walked us back and showed us the breaker we had to flip when it happens. At about 12:30 that night the breaker wouldn’t work at all. and grown drunk men were loitering in the halls banging on walls and doors all night. To say we didn’t feel safe at all is an understatement. We sat in the dark until 5;30 am when the halls went quiet to go to the front desk. To say they just did not care is also an understatement. They told us there was no other room until 2 o’clock. Then we were moved to the back side of the resort. It was much better but were in the ground floor and our sliding glass door didn’t lock. We used the wooden suit case holder to block it from being opened. Our first two of our 5 day vacation was a bust. The only decent thing about this resort is the beach, the Jerk chicken and our server Edward who went above and beyond for our meals.

It was a family trip for my daughter 21st birthday. While the experience overall was good during our visit we did have issues at the resort with our room. We switched rooms due to a leak in the fridge, the room we were moved to have a ceiling leak that we were not aware of until the following day after a return from a full day of excursion the entrance of the room was soaked. We were able to get management to get it fixed pretty fast, they had a maintenance guy immediately come up and he did attempt to fix the issue temporary but the leak returned the next day. So we just informed the front desk they helped by sending someone back up and offered another room with complimentary massages. I was trying to have a good time without any problems or issues arising. One thing I will say during our move to another room my daughter left a Mac book the staff was so honest and worked with great integrity they actually called the front desk and told them we left it behind underneath the covers. We had no idea due to the change of room. I was so thankful. The resort is made for being on the property not in the rooms. The rooms are ok showers ok - but most of the rooms have some leaks. FYI WE switched rooms and tho they did send maintenance pretty fast you still may encounter a glitch. So besides that if we didn’t have any issues with the room everything else was ok. Well during our checkout we ran into some small inconvenience with staff and a UBER driver trying to be Robo - cop instead of our driver, other than that it worked out.
