Royalton CHIC Punta Cana Resort & Spa

I had a great experience at this resort. Our first time was for our honeymoon in 2019 and this was our 7th year anniversary. Chill vibes, good food & clean resort. Johnny S assisted us with checking in, getting settled in our room & any other accommodations including the private dinner. Johnny was great so shout out to him & thanks again for everything Johnny!

Enjoyed my second trip here. 1st one was my honeymoon, second one was my 7th year anniversary. Johnny Solana was excellent with the help during our stay. Even contacted a VIP taxi when our scheduled ride didn’t show.

I recently visited this resort with my wife for our honeymoon. Johnny was our personal Butler and he provided exceptional service throughout our trip. His friendly energy and quick responses made our trip unforgettable. Johnny always greeted us with a smile. He also gave us some extra perks while we were there. Overall, I would recommend this resort and would hope that you get Johnny to be of service to you as well. I miss Johnny more than the resort!!!

Johnny is the best took care of any and everything we requested without any hesitation. Even checked in on us often.

I’m only giving a 5/5 because of Omar. He went above and beyond for us. Without him I would’ve given a 3/5 based off of the resort. There were a lot of sewage issues going on and renovations.
