Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

We are just about to leave after a week of absolutely paradise from check in to check out We came to celebrate my sons 18 th and absolutely did just that There were 5 of us ages between 18 & 53 The rooms were spacious with huge beds we had a view over the entertainment in the evening but the hotel made sure that by 1030-11 the music was quiet but if you wanted to continue there was a casino and a night club tooo the entertainment especially the 4 th July celebrations Were fantastic The day started with pool side celebrations Harley Davidsons rode in then music and a real celebration feel all day in the evening Micheal Jackson tribute fireworks and a after party was just AMAZING the hotel & the incredible staff did an absolute show one we will never forget The layout that was arranged to watch the WORLD CUP was fantastic we visited the water park a few times again brilliant slides and wave machine We ate at most of the restaurants the Bella Cucina the waiter ALFREDITO was so attentive he even gave us salt & pepper from his own rucksack that he brought from home as there was no salt & pepper available at any of the restaurants The Mexican restaurant was also one of our favourites food was so tasty The service around the pool by ‘yereldine” was. Fantastic she deserves a mention and the burgers & hot dogs from the sands bar again did not disappoint Breakfast in the Buffett restaurant was fantastic fresh made to order omelettes fresh smoothies mimosa’s among a variety of everything you would need & more The SCOOPS coffee shop also with its selection of cakes sandwiches and speciality coffees again fantastic Overall there is no doubt we will return again The only negative we have is that some only a few at the pool Bars and the burger van seemed unhappy and a little negative but that did not ruin our holiday Also the booking system for the restaurants can be hit & miss but generally if you visit guest services they are more then happy to help Thank you for a wonderful holiday we will be back

Wonderful place! Bella Cucinna Sorainny and Melania were splendid!! The attention and great service was one of a kind!!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Marriott Bonboy partner hotel. The service was terrible; I had at least one problem every time: a broken lock, excessively long wait times for room service, the minibar wasn't restocked, and the sports bar didn't show the World Cup matches. In short, the service was awful.

Wonderful location right along the beach. Beautiful amenities and staff is very helpful. Sorainny was wonderful at Bella Cuccina and made our evening memorable.

Italian restaurant was excellent….lovely atmosphere and friendly people especially Sorianny 😊 she was lovely!
