Royalton Splash Punta Cana Resort & Spa

Worst experience in Punta Cana - stay as a Club Diamond - the rooms butler never show up when we call it for a service he respond and instruct us to call “0” on the phone, food mediocre, hard to make a reservation in the restaurants, in a few ocations we show up in the differents restaurants desk but they don’t make any accommodation and the restaurant almost empty with maybe 2-3 tables with guests, on the pool area hard to to find a waiter to serve you, is a almost selfservice hotel you have to go to the bar to get a service or a drink in the pool, and the rooms needs urgent renovations, doors not closing furnitures brokens and the rooms needs ceiling with cracks and mold stains. Never go there

The staff is so nice and friendly. Me and my husband went for our Anniversary and we had a time!☺️ The part that I love the most is that we got room cleaning services everyday! Clean sheets and towel🫶🏾 it’s all inclusive so you know we took advantage of room service lol. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back! We even upgraded to Diamond members☺️

Edwin is the absolute best. We have come 4 times in 8 years because of him and the great way he takes care of us. This time, we disnt come alone. There were 7 of us in total and had 4 seperate rooms and he took care of everything to make sure we were happy. He makes our stay worth every dollar spent every time we come. He is always a phone call or text away when we need him, he sets all of our dinner reservations and truly is such a pleasure to know. We appreciate everything he does for us every time we come. Thank you Edwin for being so incredible, for all the laughs and friendship we have built with you. Edwin, you are 1 in a million! We appreciate everything you do!

We booked through Marriott. We did not get the room that was promised to us. They call it Luxury Room but it was standard room like Holiday Inn Motel. Food was okay. There was very few options and selection. We did not enjoy our trip.
