Royalton Splash Punta Cana Resort & Spa

My previous review about the terrible service. I had an appointment to see the same doctor but she was off. To start again with another dr will be pointless and expensive. I only wanted a strong pain killer to tide me over until I go home. It’s ruined my holiday

The pools are so dirty we have ear infections. Not seen staff test water once while here. Onsite Dr is a crook too. Sent me to the fare away hospital that cost me over a £1000 just to get out. Two days later I am worse than I was before the hospital nightmare.

This was our second stay at Punta Cana Splash and Punta Cana Royalty (2+2 of 14 and 5y.o.). We first visited four years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back again with our family. Once again, we had a wonderful vacation. Our family room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the four of us. A special thank you to Gregory, Adriana, and David from the sports team. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. The training sessions during the first half of the day were always enjoyable, motivating, and of a very high standard. They were extremely beneficial for my body and helped me stay active, feel stronger, and feel great throughout the holiday. We would also like to thank the entire team for their hospitality and hard work.Entertaiment team did a great job to get active vacation. One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer more daytime dining options and fresh fruit at Royalton Punta Cana, as guests currently need to go to Punta Cana Splash during the day for lunch or lighter healthy options. We also felt that the beer selection and quality were better during our first visit four years ago. These are only minor points and did not affect our overall experience. Thank you for another memorable stay. We created wonderful family memories and look forward to returning again in the future! If you plan to go to this hotel, take waveboard with you;) we enjoyed so much small waves, but to pay 50 for board in hotel was a bit too much splash

My visit at Bella Cucina restaurant in Dominican Republic on May 29th 2026 was amazing. Sorainny and Bladimir was very professional and attentive to all of our needs. I very much enjoyed my dinner there. Regards, Raymond
