Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

Beautiful beach, well-maintained rooms and facilities, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Love the DR and I will be back.

Booked a king size bed and they gave us a room with a standard size bed. My husband is 6'3 the only way they would give us a king size bed was to move us to a handicap room. Which we didn't have a choice in order for my husband to be able to sleep. Then once we arrived to the handicap room it had dirty sheets on the made up bed. Brown spots all over them. The lights and fan buttons in the room wouldn't work to control them. The closet light would not turn off when closing the closet door. total nightmare.

One the most amazing Resorts, I’ve ever stayed at! Our rooms were so clean & smelled so good…very tropical! The beach was beautiful & wait staff were very friendly! The restaurants were amazing! The Resort exceeded my expectations! I am looking forward to staying in there in the future again!

My husband and I stayed at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana the first week of April 2026. This is an amazing resort with excellent food, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We want to give special mention to Yolenny at the quiet pool area who was such a joy to encounter each day. Her friendly personality and great service made it a favourite spot for us during our stay. We also had a great experience at the lobby bar each evening and were usually looked after by Carmela . She too was so efficient and friendly we looked forward to chatting with her while we waited for our table for dinner. Our room was kept spotless and the cleaning staff did an amazing job throughout the resort . The beach was beautiful and there always seemed to be plenty of chairs available. I would definitely return to this resort and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect!! Everyone treated us so good making sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The entertainment was awesome. We had so much fun and hope to get to return at some point.
