Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

Excellent! All the way around. The staff really go above and beyond. My first visit to Punta Cana. Our travel agent had recommended Secrets Royal Beach for us. She was spot on. Great long weekend. We all wanted to stay longer.

Great resort! Very clean and modern. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The resort had plenty of dining options and a large buffet. The seaweed kept us from enjoying the ocean, but they kept the beach area clean and nice chairs/umbrellas.

Secrets is a top notch resort. The food and entertainment are great! The entertainment in the plaza each night was so fun! The bars were great for visiting with us with our co workers during our retreat.

Last year when we chose to spend our vacation at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, we had no idea what to expect. It was such a memorable and wonderful experience, we decided to do it again in 2026. It was great seeing so many of our friends from last year and meeting many new friends this year. The resort was beautiful and clean. The food choices were abundant. The beach was welcoming and well maintained. Our preferred club Junior Suite was perfect. Our balcony gave us a view of the lazy river, main pool and ocean. The cleaning staff was friendly, efficient and kind. They did a great job cleaning our room and providing fresh towels every day. Thank you to all. Our Butler, Carlos Fabian, was awesome. He visited us every day, always with a smile and a hug. He made sure Every one of our needs was attended to and met. Snacks or drinks in the room, done. Beach cabana reservations, got it. Assistance with check in and making sure our room was ready for us, huge help. Any activities and dining choices, no worries. He was amazing. We will request him our next visit. He was the absolute BEST. As for other staff members, the list is long memorable. Our funny waiter at El Patio Mexican restaurant, Luigi, my Italian Dominican friend, you are great. It was a pleasure seeing you every time we went in there. You are a fun person and a great waiter too. Every morning, we ate breakfast at Olio. The list of friends there is long. Duran, Charina, Julio A, Rafael and tequila, were all amazing once again. Breakfast was always a fun and wonderful adventure with you all. Thank you. Our beach cabana staff, Argeni and Gabriel. You made our special beach day even more special. Your attentiveness and desire to assist was such a great addition. Keep it up. The entertainment team, a group of hard working, high energy people, that make every day a little different than the day before, but always fun. Wow, Michael Jordan, Flower, Melaza, George aka smiley, Oliver, Junior, Hot Coffee and Conan. Such a great team. They work long and hard, but always bring the energy to the pool, beach or entertainment venue. The main pool staff. Oh my. Another stand out team. La Machine aka Melvin, Josefina "love you", Lady, Alex, and Angel "love you more". Every day, we never wanted anything more. Josefina was on top of her game every day. Our drinks were never empty, she knew what to bring and when to bring it. She was wonderful, again. And finally, our friends Marlon Brando and little Jamie Foxx at the Blue water Grill. Smiles, fun, great service and jokes, on top of some of our favorite meals. Hopefully we will see you all again soon.

Being our 8th time at royal beach we had an awesome time with our friends. Especially the wedding! Richard, Sammy and both Julio‘s were amazing bartenders at the VIP lounge bars. Fanny Lu was an amazing server at the VIP pool. And we can’t forget our butler Carlos he went above and beyond if you go ask for Carlos he’ll take really good care of you. Just wished the seed weed wasn’t so bad. But they did their best to keep it under control.
