Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

This was the most relaxing and fun vacation we have had in years! The facility and grounds were clean, and the staff was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and pleasant. I highly recommend Secrets Royal Beach. We will be going back!

Everything and more than you expect! Excellent staff and the amenities follow suit. Food was far above average! It was all exceptionally great! We will be returning!

I stayed at the resort with our large group of 623 participants of the Black Excellence Beach Weekend. The hospitality was exceptional, the grounds were immaculate, and service was second-to-none. My favorite part of the experience was the staff. EVERYONE was hospitable and helpful.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana in a Preferred Club swim-out room, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and so many staff members went above and beyond to make our trip special. Our butler, Eramy, was truly phenomenal. He made our room perfect for my birthday with a cake and champagne, and he was always available whenever we needed help. We had a few small issues with restocking our fridge and getting snacks, and Eramy took care of everything quickly. He was also a huge help with dinner reservations, especially when we met new friends at the resort and needed to modify our plans. He made everything feel easy and stress-free. The poolside service was some of the best we have ever experienced at any resort. Daniela, Sebastian, and Obeisbo were incredible. We usually drank the same drinks each day, and they remembered what we liked. Many times, they were already bringing us another drink before we even needed to ask. They also took the time to make our drinks even better, including using fresh lime juice, which made a big difference. In the Preferred Lounge, Winter was by far one of the best bartenders we have ever had. He was extremely attentive, his English was excellent, and he even made us drinks we had never tried before — and we loved them. At the buffet and El Patio, we got to know Modesto, and he and his team were amazing. They were always super attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Modesto even had our breakfast table decorated with flowers every morning, found hotter hot sauce for us at El Patio, and surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast while the staff sang happy birthday. That was such a special memory. At Himitsu, we had Julio for dinner, and he also provided excellent service. He brought me another birthday cake, and the staff sang happy birthday there as well. It really made the celebration feel unforgettable. Another huge highlight was how Secrets Royal Beach celebrated the 4th of July. They decorated the resort far beyond anything we could have imagined. The entire day was filled with U.S. patriotic events, including a flag-raising ceremony, a BBQ on the beach, patriotic music, and even a Harley-Davidson display with a ride-in. Secrets deserves a lot of credit for going above and beyond to make American guests feel celebrated and appreciated on the 4th of July. It made the day feel truly special. Overall, Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, the Preferred Club upgrade was definitely worth it, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for the entire trip. We hope to return again in the future and would absolutely recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion.

This place was awesome for a honeymoon! Enjoyed everything from the food, drinks and all the entertainment! The staff were so friendly and amazing and a pleasure to be around. We will definitely be back to enjoy the resort again!
