Sunscape Coco Punta Cana

We had a Fantastic Time at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana! The Entertainment Staff was AWESOME! They were very friendly and welcoming and really made the stay feel personal and enjoyable! The Shows were AMAZING!!! Every night a different theme! The dancing and entertainment was EXCELLENT! We really enjoyed the shows! The Spa was great--we had a nice massage there! The Waterslides were fun! The pool area was pretty and fun! The Beach was nice and relaxing. The restaurant outlets were a nice variety! We would definitely recommend this property, and we would love to return! Overall, the staff was outstanding in their service and friendliness.

Carlos at the Kaleidoscope Buffet was amazing throughout our stay. He was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and made us feel comfortable from day one. No matter how busy the buffet was, he always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and excellent service truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you, Carlos, for making our experience so memorable!

Carlos was such a warm soul. He’s been so great our whole stay and always takes care of us when we are at the Kaleidoscope Restaurant. He also always makes sure that the service is personalized, and I know it’s hard with such a busy place that he works at. Sunscape Coco Punta Cana is lucky to have him! And I hope they value him! :)

Me and my friends visited sunscape coco punta cana and it was SO MUCH FUN. The beach was alright and the food was okay as well (desserts were amazing tho) but the best part was the actual resort. the pool was amazing with the swim up bar. We absolutely LOVED the staff especially, spaghetti, teddy, shorty, shaggy, gasolina and bonbon. They made the trip so fun with all their games and activities
