Sunscape Coco Punta Cana

Fantastic. The resort is amazing. The entertainment is exceptional! Coca-Cola Wilbert, Chocolate and Tenon are so friendly and inclusive! They make you feel like family! This is the best by far!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Booked through JetBlue vacations and saw there was a 4 star overall rating. That is ONLY because the 1 star reviews get balanced out by the 5 star reviews for specific staff members who ask for reviews because they get a bonus from good reviews. The room was so dirty and disgusting. There are doors connecting each room you can literally walk into your neighbor’s room. The resort is confusing and awful. The staff is rude. The restaurants are “all inclusive” but always completely booked and will turn you away. You can never get food. We cried the whole first day until we decided to book somewhere else and take the financial loss just so we wouldn’t be miserable. There was someone screaming the N word and smashing bottles in the hallway our whole first night and staff didn’t do anything. It is sooooo scammy, dirty, seedy…. Just the worst place you can imagine. You cannot use the beach. We are the least picky travelers too, I am telling you this from a place of genuine care and concern. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!!!!!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. You will be miserable.

Transportation from the airport was booked in advance and provided by Amstar - it was fabulous. This resort wasn't a 5-star by any means, but it was acceptable. Really in desperate need of an update in many ways, but I will say the housekeeping and grounds staff were on top of keeping it clean.....it's just worn and dated. Highly recommend being at the restaurants as soon as they open in the evening, otherwise you will wait for 1-2 hours to be seated....sometimes longer. Pedro at FlipFlopz bar was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Overall, I would say this is an average resort.

It was an excellent holiday with the family! Tony from the buffet Windows was amazing. We loved his service. Thank you Tony!

Average all inclusive. No reservations at restaurants which caused a lot of chaos and waiting. Pools were okay but sometimes had a little too much slimy residue at certain points. Food was average. Staff was fairly attentive. Wouldn’t go back.
