The resort is beautiful, very clean, and set in a lovely environment. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference to our stay. The rooms felt new and were spotless. The beach was absolutely stunning — we enjoyed every moment there. It’s clearly well maintained, as it was cleaned daily. The only small thing I’d mention is that there could be more shaded areas, although Bali beds were available to rent. There are plenty of pools, including swim-out rooms, but we spent most of our time at the beach, so I can’t comment too much on the pool areas. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, keeping guests engaged with various activities during the day and great shows in the evenings. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options — lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing time. Honestly, I can’t say anything negative about this hotel or our stay. We would 100% come back!

Travelled with a group of 13. Short bus ride from the airport, easy check in. Experience overall was very good. It is an all inclusive in Dominican, you get what you pay for so if you want perfection, pay more money and get it. This place is good for what you pay for. Food is edible, plenty of selection at the buffet and restaurants are all very good. Any complaints are nitpicking. We stayed at the pool with the water slides and I have to say, Nicholas is the best bartender! Remembers your face and always greets you with a smile. Highly recommended Sharkys Pool Bar. Rooms are dated but serviceable. Cleaned daily and no issues. Entertainment was good, nightly shows were excellent. Beach was beautiful, just say no to the people selling stuff and they go away. Again, you want top of the line, pay for it. Otherwise, enjoy the sun and drinks and have a good time.
