Happy atmosphere, amazing food and great staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible butler Rosanna. From the moment we arrived, Rosanna went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and relaxing. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. Rosanna was always available when we needed assistance, whether it was making reservations, arranging special touches, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, making us feel truly valued and cared for. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in her role. Our vacation would not have been the same without Rosanna. This was our third visit and Rosanna was our butler in the previous visits as well, we partly came back because of hos amazing Rosanna made our visit each time. We are truly grateful and hope to continue the pleasure of Rosanna’s service again in the future and look forward to our return. Thank you Rosanna for your amazing work and kindness, you truly made our vacation amazing.

The good. Great beach and grounds. Friendly staff. Lots of trip hazards, all there wood ramps are slippery here I just fell and pulled a muscle my friend also slipped yesterday. The sunscape upgrade is a waste of money. I’m there lounge is same food as in the buffet. Why would u pay extra. Rooms are out dated and dirty. Food is terrible dog food like. Been to few resorts and Cancun and was surprised at how bad the food was here. Don’t even have milk or cream for coffee. Was supposed to book with Hyatt points something got messed up and when arrived said they were sold out and couldn’t book me with the points. Which makes no sense since only booked the upgrade since it was only room available for points so had to pay $2600 met some other people from Argentina and they paid $1450 for the week. Won’t return here. Not recommended.

Great experience. Jose, personal assistant, and Dan, member services, were very helpful. Beaches and water are beautiful. Staff are kind and helpful. Don't expect fine dining experiences and recognize it is all inclusive. Otherwise, from someone who never relaxes....I relaxed!
