Beautiful room, lots of amenities. Beach access, big pool, very, yes very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking, fast WiFi. Breakfast is good, whereby the breakfast room itself looks rather cold and uncomfortable . Only negative thing is that in June 2026 renovation was still in progress with the lobby looking rather improvised.

We were in front of one of the most beatiful beaches in Mahè. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was nice with very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was new and well working. Good cleaness. All the staff was amazing and available. The hotel is close to restaurants and small shops for buying souvenirs and local goods.

This was our fourth trip to the Seychelles as a couple, but the very first Seychelles experience for our children, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay than Coral Strand. Beau Vallon is, without any doubt, the perfect location for a family vacation on Mahé. The beach is calm, beautiful, convenient, and ideal for children. Coral Strand holds a special place here as one of the original hotels on Beau Vallon, and even today it enjoys a unique position directly on the beach with its own access road. Over the years, Seychelles has become more developed, and Beau Vallon now has a lovely promenade with restaurants, shops, and souvenir stores, making the area even more enjoyable for visitors. During our stay, we booked two rooms: one for ourselves and one for our children. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the entire team. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition. The rooms were always perfectly cleaned, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. Their work was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The pool area was equally impressive. The pool was always spotless, and we were genuinely surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was every single day. The beach was wonderful as well. We were fortunate not to encounter any seaweed during our stay, although it is also clear that the hotel team works hard to keep the beachfront looking beautiful and inviting. A very special thank you goes to Shehan, the concierge. He was, without question, one of the highlights of our stay. Attentive, professional, proactive, and genuinely caring, he seemed to understand our needs almost before we expressed them. We asked if it would be possible to arrange a rental car within ten minutes, and astonishingly, the car and rental company representatives were waiting for us within five minutes. Shehan also organized our excursion to Praslin and La Digue, as well as another island and snorkeling trip. Everything was perfectly coordinated, smooth, and stress-free. His dedication to making guests happy is truly exceptional, and he made our holiday even more memorable. We stayed on a half-board basis with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfasts were wonderful, especially because of the breathtaking view of Beau Vallon Beach right from the restaurant. Starting the day while looking out over the ocean is simply magical. The selection of food was very good, with plenty of fresh tropical fruits. As someone who does not eat meat, I always found many suitable options, including eggs, fresh produce, and made-to-order stations. Dinner exceeded our expectations. The variety was generous and changed regularly. In addition to the buffet selection, there was always a live cooking station where guests could have freshly prepared fish, meat, or other dishes according to their preferences. While the desserts may not have been designed as fine-dining masterpieces, the incredible fresh fruits more than made up for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed them every evening. Thank you to the entire Coral Strand team for making our family’s first Seychelles adventure such a wonderful experience. We leave with beautiful memories and warm feelings, and we sincerely wish the hotel continued success and prosperity. We hope to return again

A great hotel the staff cannot do enough for you - especially Shihan the manager who made sure our stay was one to remember. The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding and I cannot wait to return in the near future. The food I also brilliant may I add.
