DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles - Allamanda Resort & Spa

I have recently stayed at Double Tree Hilton in the Seychelles with my husband on a 17 night vacation. The whole experience from start to finish could only be described as amazing, we absolutely loved every minute. The accommodation, food and staff were outstanding in every way. Our room was kept clean every day with every amenity that we required. The food was fabulous, the chefs literally could not do enough, and were more than happy to cook whatever we wanted. The food was delicious and to a very high standard using the best quality ingredients. The staff were outstanding, they literally could not do enough always ensuring that everything was perfect, which of course it was. The hotel only has 30 rooms so it was very quiet, perfect for a totally relaxing holiday. There are 3 beaches that are accessible straight from the hotel. The beaches are amazing, white sands very clean and very quiet perfect! Binaya Nepal was an outstanding manager and Hilton are very lucky to have him in their employ. He was very attentive professional and showed genuine concern that our holiday was fabulous in every way, nothing was too much trouble and he ensured that we were happy all the time. Absolutely totally above and beyond. Tolera was a wonderful person and mostly worked at the bar or in the restaurant although he was happy to do anything to ensure our holiday was fantastic , again highly professional providing a fabulous service and helped make our holiday the magical experience it was. Jordan was a lovely lady, again providing a professional above and beyond service. Nothing was too much trouble. Nyle was also a lovely lady very professional helpful and polite again nothing was too much trouble. I have only mentioned a few people, but every single staff member was an absolute dream. The hotel manager Doreen was exceptional. Again highly professional approachable and totally committed. It was obvious to us that every single staff member was genuinely dedicated to the hotel and that the guests had the best possible experience during their stay. I had the most amazing experience with top chef breakfast service! I highly recommend for any families to come and taste the island!

The atmosphere is very light and the place looked nice. However the service is slow but the waiters and waitresses are very polite. The food was good.

We arrived at the Hilton Hotel to find 2 people on the reception who took us through the regular book work plus.Even gave us a arrival peach drink and welcome cookie(warm).For the next 3 days the staff looked after us 200% non stop.Even had the towel trick on our bed every day.Own afinaty pool and beach,what else would 2 old people wish for.Worth every penny as the saying goes.
