We went to Palms Restaurant tonight for dinner and the waiter Tolera was exceptionnally kind and his service was on top 100% from the beginning until the end. We thank him for his kindness and service. We Will definitly come back and Hope we Will be taken in charge by him again ❤️

I had dinner last night at Allamanda, and it was truly excellent. The Chef was outstanding, and I must also mention the supervisor, Tolera, whose amazing smile made the experience even more special. Both of them made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Keep up the great work, boys!

Time well spent out with family on Easter Sunday

We’ve been staying here for almost two weeks, and we’re still here. We’re flying home to Slovakia tomorrow. We’d like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service; all of your staff are very kind, respectful, and helpful. I would especially like to praise the hotel receptionists, particularly Thea; she is very kind and does her job perfectly. She helped us a lot, since we only know a few words of English. We speak German well. Adil is an excellent chef; we really enjoyed his meals here. The maids are very skilled and hardworking. We felt at home here and are leaving with best regards. Thank you.
