The customer experience was almost unparalleled. The staff were generally very helpful, warm, and embodied what I call outservice - going above and beyond to ensure that my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Resort.

This place made me cry. It was awful… to leave! It’s in the most beautiful place with an amazing beach. The small hotel is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The staff were all SO lovely and made us feel so welcome and very well looked after. They were kind, friendly and attentive. It was everything one would want and more from hospitality professionals. Last but certainly not least, my hat off to the chefs whose food was PHENOMENAL! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well in my life! The Christmas dinner and lunch was heavenly. As a bonus, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were so much fun! We got the pleasure of watching a local children’s choir on Christmas Eve (adorable!) and a wonderful live band on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This was an absolute cherry on top of a magical Christmas holiday. The worst part of our stay was having to go home! If you’re wondering whether you should travel to the Seychelles, do it!! It’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. Ps. Absolutely ridiculous that someone gave this place a 1 star due to nature out of the hotel’s control! It’s an island. There will be coral. It’s a natural beach. There will be a little bit of seaweed.

I give 2 stars only for the beautiful beach and the kindness of the staff. Beyond that, nothing meets acceptable standards. The rooms, facilities, and especially the food are extremely poor and do not even justify the hotel rating. The food is particularly bad and was consistently disappointing. It is hard to understand how this hotel operates under the Hilton name. Management should take immediate and serious corrective action — the location is excellent, but the property needs significant attention, renovations and a complete overhaul of the kitchen.

I would recommend this hotel because the atmosphere is soo great , hospitality is awesome , the waiters are super nice and the food is delicious and what I like about the hotel is that everyday they like plan something like singing , dancing and having fun . And once again I thank the waiters and everybody 🙏🥰🥰 ,5 stars 🌟 🤩 . Vihaa, 26/12/2025.
