DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles - Allamanda Resort & Spa

We had dinner at DoubleTree by Hilton last night and were truly impressed. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were very welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Amanuel, the duty manager, who was very kind, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. The food was excellent — delicious and beautifully prepared under the direction of the amazing Chef Adil. What really surprised us was that Chef Adil personally went around the restaurant to speak with guests and make sure everything was perfect. Last but not least, the bartender made fantastic cocktails — perfectly mixed and very enjoyable. If you are in Seychelles or planning to visit, I highly recommend visiting DoubleTree by Hilton for their professional service and wonderful dining experience. You won’t regret it.

Our impromptu stay at the last moment was made really beautiful due to warmth and affection received from Chef Adil. He made delicious Kadhai Chicken with Parantha which tastes like home. Moreover, entire staff was very cooperative and helpful. Loved our stay, looking forward to more.

Wonderful hotel with really nice staff, especially Yordana from the catering. It’s not a new hotel, so the room could be a little bit old fashioned and worn out, but overall it was clean. The cleaning lady is helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, the cocktails with enough alcohol.

Excellent service by every employee. In the restaurant the staff remember your likes and dislikes and they make sure that you are satisfied with the meals. There is a good variety of food. The head chef comes to the table and checks with you to see that you are enjoying the food. The pool is fantastic and the view from the balcony is amazing. A little effort to get up early will treat you to a stunning sunrise.
