We had a rest with our family in this wonderful place! Villa 290 is quite high, but thanks to the buggy you can get there without any problems! The villa is gorgeous, with a view of the jungle and the ocean. If you need a quiet, measured rest, this is the best place! Wonderful turtles live in the hotel! The villa is sometimes visited by lizards and birds. Very kind and helpful staff - any request can be resolved by calling the reception or by personal request. Room cleaning twice a day, the minibar was replenished daily. The impressions are the best! Lunch food on the menu, dinner buffet. You can't stay hungry! Everything is delicious! We were at Raffles Praslin for 10 days in July, and our stay couldn’t have been better. This was our third time at this special place, and it certainly won’t be the last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were escorted to our dream pool villa by our wonderful butler, Jean Marc. He fulfilled every wish during our stay and organized everything perfectly. The entire staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and warm. Whether it’s the butlers, service staff, gardeners, or room service, everyone does their best to make the hotel experience unforgettable. Our children loved the ladies at the Kids Club, who took great care of them. They also had a lot of fun with the buggy drivers and the beach staff. During our stay, renovations were taking place, but they absolutely did not disturb us. The quality and taste of the food in each of the restaurants were excellent. We are already looking forward to our next stay in our island home.

Fabulous stay in this 5* resort. Wonderfully welcoming and attentive staff from the recreation team (Frank, Bernard, Melton, Roddy, Johanes, Luciano and the rest of the crew) through to the restaurant and bar staff, buggy drivers and Santu our housekeeper who kept us guessing with his imaginative towel creations! Laura on concierge helped us to organise some spectacular trips to La Digue, Curieuse and Vallée de Mai ( thanks to Doran our excellent guide). I had an amazing stretching class with Taruun. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. The exercises were challenging at times, but he always encouraged me to keep going and explained why consistency is so important. He convinced me to make stretching part of my daily routine, and after doing it every day, I can genuinely feel a difference in my flexibility and overall well-being. I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking to improve their mobility and feel better. Thank you, Taruun!
