Arrived early due to flight, reception polite and helpful as to early to check in. Handy room to store cases until check in. We had a 1st floor junior suite, nice room clean , dated but fine for a base during our holiday ( though noisy as above bar ). We stayed half board food was fine , plenty of choices. 2 bars one ground floor and 1 on 6th floor. Only issue with ground floor bar was finding someone to serve drinks. Before late afternoon rush the bar person running this bar seemed to have many jobs so not always in the bar itself. There are door bells around the terrace area to press for service never worked. Had to go to reception a couple of times to ask if bar was open. Which I was always told yes do asked for service please. Saying this all staff worked hard and friendly think they are just stretched doing various jobs at a time. Entertainment was pretty poor . Most the guests are older and Dutch, ( not agaisnt hotel but a lot of them starred alot at myslef and my wife making her feel uncomfortable).Sunbeds are not supposed to be reserved but unless you get there around 9am all reserved and signs say you cant and staff will remove towels but this never happens. Very selfish people reserved beds and never even show up until late afternoon. Overall clean hotel friendly hard working staff but we will not return .

This hotel is excellent in everything. The meals were varied and always hot. We never had a problem finding something to eat. This applied to both breakfast and evening meal. The whole hotel was clean and our room cleaned every day. The shower was powerful and the towels provided were thick and large. All staff were friendly. There was happy hour every day between half past four and half past five. The sunbeds good and rooftop pool excellent. Location excellent. Through a back gate to the beach and a lovely walk to Benalmadena or along the front towards the steps to take you to torremolinas town. Unfortunately our room overlooked the road which could be noisy at night sometimes. We had a lovely holiday at this hotel. It's the best we've stayed in for a long time.

The location, staff and food at this hotel was great. Entertainment is very hit and miss. The majority of people staying here are Dutch but don't let that put you off, many of them speak English and were very nice. The rooms are a bit dated but a nice size and clean, beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel is right near the beach, shops and restaurants. I would return here however, the only thing that would stop me is the amount of people smoking sitting outside the bar areas. It is really bad, not that it's the fault of the hotel but they could allocate some non- smoking areas.

We had been to this hotel two years ago, and even then, we noticed that they were painting and working on it. This year, we can see that they have certainly been working on it, and it looks lovely. The bar area, the dining room and the reception areas have all been modernised, The number one benefit of this hotel (as others have pointed out) is the back door leading straight onto the promenade within a handful of steps. A few things you might miss on the website/tour spec but could be important include a nice little co-working-style bench with desk-height sockets (mains and USB) and stools. There was also a small gym with TechnoGym equipment, including a treadmill, a bike and a free weights bench with weights up to 14kg. There was also a piece of multi-kit that could be configured to work as 10 different exercise machines, which went up to 90kg. During my stay, I also partook in two of the hotel’s 09:45 outdoor exercise classes - My class was a stretch class and was thoroughly enjoyable and great for beginners ( I did notice they also had Yoga classes on other days). We had a bed and breakfast, and the choice and quality were excellent. We noticed that at busy times (which can happen), they introduced a queue system at the door to ensure fairness in who gets the next free table. We had a Junior suite - All very nice, with really hot and powerful water in the bathroom. The room was clean and tidy throughout, thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were all very friendly when we passed them in the corridor. I’m going to include the following not as a complaint, but more as what we experienced that might be important to others visiting this hotel. The hotel safe was sufficient to hold important bits and pieces, but only big enough to fit an iPad mini, not a full-size iPad and certainly not a laptop ( photograph beside a UK size 7 shoe for comparison). The safe (which was charged at 3 € per day) was opened with a physical key (not a key to activate it, but an actual key to open and close it), which we were presumably supposed to take with us when leaving the hotel for the day/night. As a couple, we have two iPhones, two iPads, and a smartwatch. There was one accessible power socket. If you unplug the lamp, unplug the TV, and don’t mind using the mains socket in the bathroom ( Spanish Health and Safety doesn’t seem to exist), then you have three more. We did find a socket behind the bed (literally behind the bed), but there were none at the bedside cabinet or even at the little table with the chair. We worked around this by timing our charges. This was helped by the fact that the sockets didn’t automatically go off when left in the room. Is it the end of the world when you're on holiday to carry a physical key about, or to be clever when charging devices? No, but if you are dependent on your tech, it could be an issue you don’t expect in 2026. Overall, we will return to this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the staff, but given the safe and the number of power sockets in 2026, I have to deduct a star rating to be fair to those hotels that don’t have these limitations.

Great location. Rooms are bit dated but very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar and pool Area were great
