location for us great close to our relations. the hotel ticks all the boxes for our needs. not to far to the beach and bus services. local bars and food outlets great. golf coures close by added bonus.

Well Where do I start ..Anyone wanting to stay here for a relaxing get away I wouldn’t waste your time , very disappointed woke up 5/6 times a night by noise people talking really loud room vibrating with water running through the pipes ants all over the room very dated rooms , not one person in the hotel was English all the guests were also Spanish so none of the entertainment was in English when games were being played in the hotel we didn’t feel welcome to join in because of this , so every night we just went up to bed early there is literally nothing around the hotel todo location wise we spent most of our money on cabs to get away from the hotel and spent most days down Marbella town , the food well don’t even get me started on that , every single night was the same food none of it was hot everything left over from breakfast was out for dinner too with maybe one different thing for dinner the worst part was queing up having to give your room number before entry so you couldn’t go back in snack times even tho we were all inclucive could only have 2 things per person out of all the drink machines in the hotel Only one was working , the gym was 2 peices of old equipment just dumped in a little room wouldn’t waste your time or money don’t make the same mistake we did by reading the reviews and people just writing good reviews for the sake of it

Thank you to staff at Aluasun Marbella Park in Elviria Marbella for making our stay absolutely amazing. Food was amazing, varied and themed (most days), which created an excitement at dinner time every day. Normally when we have all inclusive we go out to eat at restaurants anyways - but not once did we skip dinner at this hotel - it says a lot about the food here. There were always 5-10 different meats/fish each day. Cleaning lady, was so nice, at room was so clean - somedays we came to our room after breakfast, and found a towel swan or toilet paper with a butterfly - and it created warmth, a smile and a need for photographing the artistic creations in my girlfriend. I never once saw a stressed staff, they were very busy at times, but always just looking like they managed business easily. The area/park inside the hotel was nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Best hotel stay ever, and that even compared to 5 star hotels I have stayed at. And David at reception, thank you for a warm kind goodbye yesterday morning - it was really appreciated.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely, short walk to the beach but buses available free of charge, great restaurants a short walk away, highly recommend, will definitely be back

We had a very mixed experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, our stay started quite poorly. The first room we were given, in the older part of the hotel, was really not suitable for a longer stay. It overlooked the motorway, and the noise was constant due to very poor soundproofing both externally and within the hotel itself. The bath in our room didn’t work and, despite reporting it, it was never fixed. After four days, we were moved to a room in the newer part of the hotel, and the difference was incredible—it genuinely felt like a completely different place. That part of our stay was wonderful, although it was frustrating that we only got to enjoy it for just under half of our holiday. One area that really needs urgent attention is food labelling. Dishes labelled as “vegetable” sometimes contained meat, and on one occasion even shellfish, which is potentially very dangerous for guests such as myself with allergies. That said, the food itself was generally quite nice—just the labelling needs to be much clearer and more accurate. The children’s entertainment team were warm, cheerful, and friendly, but unfortunately their level of English wasn’t quite enough to effectively support an upset child, which made things a bit stressful . On a positive note, all of the hotel staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and eager to assist, which made a big difference and improved our overall experience despite the issues at the start. The hotel is also very clean, and the housekeeping team were particularly lovely and attentive. The location is great—as long as you’re away from the motorway side. There are parks, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach, which we really enjoyed. A couple of smaller points: parts of the hotel are a little worn and could do with updating, and the children’s pool really needs to be heated outside of peak summer months. Overall, we would return—but only with the knowledge of which part of the hotel to stay in. The newer section is fantastic, but the older area really needs significant improvement or repurposing.
