AluaSun Marbella Park

Staff were friendly but overwhelmed at reception constantly. Check in was almost two hours later than advertised. Facilities in the room were poor, bath was dirty, no pool towels given. We were refused a lunch meal on our last day. The adult pool was constantly full of children, with no staff to remove them. Very disappointing for a four star resort.

We really enjoyed our short break to the hotel we hadn't been to Spain for 20 off years so we were presently surprised Hotel was clean beds comfy and the pillows perfect Staff very helpful and welcoming Would we go not really not because we didn't enjoy our stay we just don't do the same hotels twice but I would recommend the Aluasun without hesitation

The Aluasun staff are top notch. The service, the quality and the cleanliness are more that just fair. Excellent spot to visit or to spend a few days with the family. The place has all the trimmings to keep the little ones busy and happy. Overall excellent experience and WILL visit again.

The hotel is a 3 star if that. Only come to the hotel if you want a holiday on a budget not if you are looking for any sort of luxury. First thing is the rooms are very basic, the room door barely even shut the bolts on it were so old. It’s impossible to get a sunbed there are long queues to get to the pool. The pools are very small for the amount of people here too. We ended up sitting on the sunbeds on the grass everyday which wasn’t great, we actually saw a lady decide to use the grass as a toilet right next to our beds right in the open - disgusting! The food was always cold but an alright selection. The hotel location very much in the middle of nowhere. I was told the beach was a 10-15 minute walk but it was a lot more and not a route that’s easily walkable. Disappointed by this hotel wouldn’t come back unless I just wanted a cheap budget stay in marbella.
