Bakour Oh Nice Costa del Sol

Very poor location in residential area no shops near by no shops in hotel so if you have forgotten your suntan cream 20euros in taxi nearest shop if your not all Incusive you will be hungry unless you are able to walk but I don't recommend in 30% heat not enough sunbeds squabble at 9 definitely not enough umbrellas and are fixed so can't move them Cater more for French special animation team extra looking after cocktail hour we were on the terrace having a drink and we're told to move as it was French only but we didn't Run out of drinks Brandy for 2 days Vodka for 3 days Not hotels fault but no water for a day so very smelly toilets Toilets communal ladies on dining floor 5 out of 7 had no locks also no toilet seats told reception did nothing Rooms no kettle no cups no glasses no cutlery nothing bear cupboards Entertainment very poor in evening went to bed most nights at 9 as couldn't go out too far to go and we were 3 disabled ladies couldn't walk anywhere nowhere to go The thing that upset me most was dogs walking through restaurant we didn't realise it was animal friendly people feeding dogs at table admittedly outside but I am allergic to dogs so you can imagine my horror Taxi to beach in escopona 30 euros each way This was supposed to be a fun relaxing holiday for me and my 2 girlfriends as one of us had just come out of hospital getting over cancer surgery We go away for a weeks holiday once a year and this was far the worst holiday ever DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Make sure you read all reviews and digest

Really disappointing and not reflective of a 4* hotel. Located within a residential area with no local shops. Not even a shop onsite to purchase items such as suncream, snacks etc. Room check-in isn’t until 3pm - no exceptions! During our stay there was no running water for 18 hours! All reception staff could say was they were fixing it. No alternative provision of bottled water to the rooms. We were speaking with others and this has been a regular occurrence recently. The grounds are poorly maintained; many sunbeds are set on dead grass and clay. Shortage of sunbeds for guests and staff regularly lift towels during the day. Rooms spacious but nothing exciting and quite dated. Food not great, very limited selection for All Inclusive. Really disappointing.

Had an excellent stay. Hotel was lovely. The animation/entertainment team (especially Alberto ) were exceptional and made the trip fly by.

The hotel facilities were excellent, as was the food but the highlight was the entertainment team. Alberto and his team kept us busy with French bulls, shooting, table tennis, water polo, water volleyball, and plenty of energy!

Looks a nice hotel but there are flaws to consider. Very understaffed. So queues are ridiculous. Very hard to get a sunbed nowhere near enough for all guests. In the middle of nowhere so id advise a rental car. We did this thankfully and went out every day otherwise we would have been stuck here in the most overcrowded hotel ive ever been to. Even at 730pm the pool was full. Wasn't a nice experience. All inc is 11am to 11pm. Outside that time have to pay. Wouldn't even give us bottled water at 10 53 when we were going out for the day. Ac was leaking alot very dangerous puddles on floor i slipped on. Food was so samey. Not alot for me being a veggie. Cockroach in kitchen. No cups or anything at all in kitchen. I wouldn't come back
