Absolute fantastic hotel, very comfortable, pool was amazing, and food was also great, also not far from estepona which is a beatufil city, animation team where great thank you to Nino, Oscar and Irena for keeping us entertained.

This hotel is a hidden gem!! We have just come back from a 2 week stay all inclusive 2 adults and 3 children. Would highly recommend this option. The buffet was very varied and had something for everyone. We loved the all inclusive bar by the pool and that you could order pizzas/burgers/hot dogs for the kids. What makes this place really amazing is the staff, from the waiters in the restaurant to the bar staff and the incredible animation team. A special mention to Oscar, Irina and Nino for keeping us and the kids entertained. They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time! Our girls were so upset on the last night to say goodbye. We cant wait to return next year!!

Overall not a good experience for us, I would not recommend it. Why: The food is horrible, and the restaurant itself filthy, when I say filthy I am not exaggerating a bit. The “hot” food is kept at room temperature, the cooking station has limited options, the pork chops they cooked one night smelled like rotten meat. Breakfast options are limited, the plates cutlery are greasy and not washed properly, there is food on the floor on the serving areas and nobody bothers to clean The desserts are a joke, taste like chemicals, eat somewhere else if staying there, but bare in mind you need to have a car as there are no options in the immediate vicinity On Check in I was assigned my room and given the key only to go to the door and open it to find another family in there. Shocking , I ran away to reception, the receptionist had no idea that her colleague gave our room to some other guest. Waited to be assigned a new room, which had many issues as well, the bathroom door would not close, the entry door would not close from outside either , the balcony door had issues, the kitchenette area was dirty, and the fridge was rather heating than cooling our drinks. We only stayed in the hotel to sleep , had breakfast and dinner then during the day we went out to visit the area, but god would not recommend as a full week holiday. The only plus size would be the room being large and the bed being comfy. Parking is limited on the premises and always full in the evening

Hello Viewers my daughter & I arrived up at The Bakour Oh Nice Costa Del Sol Hotel in Malaga Spain from 24th Oct. 25' till 30th Oct. 25' .. .. We were greeted with such respect at the Reception, & given our designated Wristbands & Hotel Keys were also told we were still allowed to go to lunch.. .. even though there was only 15 minutes left. This was so kind as we had been travelling for quite some time. The Hotel Entertainment & Hostess staff Irina, Oscar & Nino are very friendly & welcoming, telling us which games are on regulually along with Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Darts, Ping Pong, The Spa & Gym activities etc., there is also TV with various Programnes advertised through out the week in the Hotel Lobby & Lounge areas .. .. The Catering & Bar Staff are efficient to the tee as well as the Cleaning Staff and workers are helpfull where required given extra help with minor accidents !!.

Excelent stuff. They look after kids we did not have worry about them. Great discos and eintertaiment for kids. Good food and drinks. Special thanks for Irina, Nino and Oscar.😀😍
