Bakour Oh Nice Costa del Sol

Beautiful Hotel, The food and room were perfect. Oscar is the king of entertainment, he will go above and beyond looking after you with anything you need. An absolute joy to be around. Perfect for families looking for calmness.

We are having a wonderful stay at Bakour Oh Nice Costa del Sol. The food has been very good with plenty of choice, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special mention goes to the animation and entertainment team, who have been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and shout out to Oscar who is doing a great job at managing the team. They work incredibly hard to keep both children and adults entertained, and their energy and enthusiasm have made our holiday even more enjoyable. My daughter and I are having a great time and creating some lovely memories here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and would love to return in the future.

Very lovely and impeccably clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff and lovely rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette, we were thoroughly impressed by the space we had. Location of hotel is secluded. 30 min walk downhill to the nearest shop, hotel does not have its own shop. All inclusive buffet was delicious however very repetitive and puddings were disappointing. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor which is fine however we quickly realised that the windows and balcony doors do not have locks. Not even a safety lock so this was a worry with having 2 children in tow however if it would’ve been a big issue we would’ve asked to move. Evening entertainment was great for the kids at the mini disco, however adult evening entertainment didn’t start until almost 10pm and it wasn’t great we gave up by the 3rd day. I would suggest signing up to uber if wanting to venture out of the hotel or bring enough suncream with you! Highly recommended visiting the Saturday market at puerto banus.

What makes this hotel special is the animacion team, especially Oscar, Melissa and Alberto who kept the energy levels up throughout the week. Accommodation is simple, clean but what was surprising was its size, with a separate bedroom. Location-wise, not the best [a 20m walk to the mainroad] but a taxi into nearby Estepona is c.€20.

Lovely clean hotel with a great pool. 10 min walk to the beach and supermarkets but that suited us as quiet location. It is on top of a hill though. All staff were really friendly. Only downside was the occasional English guests that shouted and swore loudly across the pool and swearing kids (Obviously taken out of school as I purposely avoided school holidays) . Our room was also over the main entrance and I really didnt appreciate being woke up after 1.30 am every night by kids and drunk noisy adults. This really spoiled this for me. I had thought reception would have intervened. Food also cold regularly so ended up using the microwave in the restaurant a lot. With all this said, we would go back but not near the school holidays for me due to the parenting skills of the clientel it attracted.
