Another lovely warm welcome back from all the staff from reception, bar & restaurant staff right to the cleaners. It is nice to see some new faces too. They all work really hard and are a credit to the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The orange bathroom tiles maybe dated but if it ain't broke why fix it? Plus the Dove toiletries are a bonus. A big thank you to all the staff we will definitely be back.

Hotel overall is a bit run down. Carpet in corridors is filthy-why have carpet in a high traffic area? Lifts are small and can take an age to get one in any part of the hotel, not easy with 2 toddlers with push chairs. Entertainment poor apart from Micheal Jackson tribute. Food was frankly awful and I'm not that fussy. Had to often leave my plate of food and go off site to find something edible. No drinking water supplied in the dining room either. Food was cold before you got back to your table anyway. If you are not all inclusive (you will starve anyway) the drinks are overpriced. No bottled water available other than from vending machine at €3 for a small bottle. Sunbeds are clapped out and need replaced. Pools not heated. Cardiac Hill-not the hotels fault- Had to Uber everywhere especially on the return journey. A strange mix of clientele ranging from groups of friends, elderly folk with mobility issues and young families. I can't figure how it's attractive to any of the above. It just seemed like a very tired hotel who is still attracting lots of folk looking for a bargain basement holiday. The positives- lovely lady on reception Room cleaners do a really good job. Without them I would have given up on day 3! WiFi was great Mattress was comfortable Nice views of the sea and other hotels which look more appealing for future trips

The location is great, staff friendly, cleaners doing their best, corridors in desperate need of new carpets and a lick of paint, food wasn’t great, didn’t get a lot of sleep each night as hotel full of people shouting of the balcony’s and shouting in the corridors couldn’t have patio doors open in the evening due to the smell of weed filling the rooms, kids little pool was around the corner out of site, didn’t stay in it long as getting covered in ants as it’s not paved just clumping dying grass covered in ants, sun beds old and tatty, definitely a hotel for hen and stags not for families with children, sorry to say we won’t go back.

Have to pay for suit ase storage no room guessing due to rough clientele items may go missing Reception staff apart from a lady were miserable 100% never coming back 2 star at most full off chavs DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PAY EXTRA ELSEWHERE Was so happy to leave on check out worse hotel ive stayed in 40 years of holidays

Was worried when I read reviews but no need. Family of 5 . 3 fussy eaters ,no complaints! Always a good meal for everyone . Food was warm and always a variety . Snack bar was limited but not always needed as meals were plentiful The staff were always polite and friendly . Entertainment every night ,although bingo is a little painful ,too much unnecessary chat between calling numbers! Rooms cleaned daily and most places I've stayed in the last year have gone environmental friendly and don't change sheets and towels daily . Hotel inside is clean and tidy Plenty of sunbeds ,pool area clean and tidy .They were doing small maintenance work around the pools when we were there ,just the aesthetics. The pools were cold but once in ,it was fine and the kids were all loving it. Heating the pool would be a bonus for cooler months ! Criticism I would have is other guests ,some very rude and noisy getting very drunk and banging on people's doors going along corridors. My daughter stayed in a different part of the hotel to us,and she had issues one evening but when reported the staff and security dealt with it quickly.shame people can't just be respectful that all are trying to enjoy their holiday ,their way! This hotel is a definite return for us as a family,great for the grandkids and the kids in hotel were having a fab time!
