We had a great week's holiday in Benalmadena. This hotel was good value for money. We had b&b as I am not a fan of all inclusive, preferring to eat out at different restaurants at night. We had a seaview room with great views. It could have done with a couple of drawers though, as there wasn't much storage space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was good with no problems getting sunbeds, which were very comfortable and new. In fact we didn't realise there was another pool there until we were leaving lol. Breakfast was good with loads to choose from, though a little manic at busy times. Location was good, except the hill of coursen, but no problem getting a taxi back from marina at night. We will definitely come back again.

Stayed in room 2703 for 3 nights full board. There were 4 of us. For us this was an eye opener. Whilst the rooms were cleanish, the room and hotel looks tired with upgrades required. There are broken tiles everywhere, rusty metal things, paint needing redone etc. We did notice the block across from us had been refurbished. There are 3 kiddie pools and one adult pool. Altho nothing to say kids can't go in the big pool. None of the pool were heated. But that was stated on their website. Few things to note. The hotel is on a steep hill so is unsuitable for elderly or people with mobility issues. The food was absolutely terrible and we ate chips the entire time. Ended up going out for food most days. The pizza in the buffet was inedible but if you paid €9 euros at the bar the pizza was a good wood fired pizza. Same things over and over again. Shocking that not a single drink was included in your meals, not even water. First hotel we been to that had this policy. So it ended up being fairly expensive. Overall this is an okay hotel. Staff seemed nice enough and animation team made an effort. However it's dated in areas and the overall structure of how their food works is to extract money at all stages. You get what you pay for.

The location was great, yes there is a hill so not ideal if you have mobility issue, i was fed up by then end of the holiday having to walk up it. The first impression went entering the reception was nice, bright, clean & friendly staff. When we went to our rooms we couldn't believe the state of the corridors, the carpets were filthy, all doors & walls need a good paint. The room was lovely, furniture was modern and we had a sea view which was great. There were no draws and only a couple of shelves for clothes, the bathroom on the other hand needs a complete refurb, tiles cracked, mould around bath & shower. The balcony had alot of tiles cracked, it looked really dirty. I have never stayed in any hotel where there was no tea & coffee. Walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours as we did, good luck. The terrace pool was very nice with plenty of sunbeds. The dining area was clean & tidy but the food was not great, luke warm, we witnessed the staff putting food that had just come out the kitchen on top of old stuff that had been sitting there. We did eat out alot. This hotel is a budget hotel ideal for families. As a couple we would not stay here again.

Visited this hotel four times now and this is to be my last visit. Extremely disapointed with the standard of food. Appreciate it can be very subjective. However as a vegan dont go you wont get anything other than shredded lettuce. Same meals everyday. Great if you like pizza with very strange combinations of cheese. Having paid half board i didnt expect to have to go shopping everyday. Small fridges in food wont keep food cool or long enough. Hotel looks so tired in places. Broken glass doors leading out to pool had no warning sign. Area hotel is in looks so rundown needs some investment, thats not the hotels fault. Entertainment dreadful and ameaturish. Cleaning staff fabulous a pleasure to talk to everyday. Dont take my experience as the same one you would have but i do wonder how it keeps 3 stars giving maintenace issues around the building. Doors that should have been replaced years ago in reception toilets, that close properly, loose handles.

Nice hotel for what we payed… great drink selections and if your all in u get discounts off premium drinks . The snacks was poor to b honest that could really do with improving. I have to admit I was disappointed with the food . As hardly any choice but that may be because we came out of season. The salad selection was very poor and I look Forward to that the most. Hotel very clean and staff were good and they had good entertainment which was even better. I would def stay again but mayb wouldnt go all inclusive . But for what we payed it was a great stay
