We have recently stayed at this hotel. Staff. Helpful and work incredibly hard especially in the restaurants and pool bars. Domestic staff do their best but in my opinion there just isn't enough of them to keep some areas of the hotel to a acceptable standard. Cleanliness: Corridors, stairs, glass doors and windows etc need to be cleaned much more often and are grubby and in need of an overhaul. Areas of the hotel such as reception, entertainment room are adequately clean. Food: This is mass catering and food is good for the standard of the hotel. Comfort: Comfortable rooms, shower over the bath, air con, Fridge, TV with some English channels. You have to pay for the safe. No kettle so take your own if needed. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, bedding and towels changed regularly. Noise level: If you want a quiet holiday stay away, entertainment room at night is in my opinion louder than anything i've experienced, music is so loud it is distorted meaning you have to shout to make yourself heard to your family, add to that the scraping of chairs on the floor and it was bedlam!! We went out most nights due to this even though we were AI. Atmosphere: The hotel aren't responsible for the behaviour of the guests!. Pool: 2 nice size pools, 1 kids pool. Inflatables not allowed in the pools unless rubber rings for smaller children. Sun beds in dire need of replacing, they do not adjust at the head and all are saggy in the middle, not comfortable at all. Take your own pool towels, or buy locally as this is cheaper than getting them through the hotel. Location: Up a steep hill so be aware if you have young children or have mobility issues. 20 mins to the Marina and Paloma Park. Good walk into Torremolinos and easy to get trains to Malaga or other resorts on the Costa. Would I return - no.

Went here on my own with my kids, hotel was really good, lots for kids to do throughout the day and night cappachino the kids entertainer was brilliant. Food was really good especially the breakfasts! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unclean corridor to room 3rd floor carpet filthy door had been kicked in previously cigarette butt in bathroom very dirty floor bathroom balcony campbeds embarrassing building site opposite banging drilling 7 o'clock every morning it's more like hostel than hotel Very disappointed won't return

Great place to stay it says 3 Star ⭐ but I would definitely say 4 ⭐ Food excellent good choice Room very clean and modern Pool a wee bit cold but not bad Location 30 mins from airport we dropped off at about 10 hotels on route from airport so it took longer , next time I’m getting a 🚕, 3 pool 2 bars All inclusive stay , Everything you need to know is on QR code 1 snack bar down at kids pool Best to explore hotel as we didn’t even know about other snack bar or other area , we stayed at pool just outside main bar beside reception, We had room 1124 main building 1 floor up , This hotel is not great for anyone with walking difficulty or heart conditions as the hill is quite steep (cardiac hill ) a previous review said 🤦‍♂️

After reading the reviews my friend and I arrived thinking this is going to be a terrible holiday. Not so. Our room was lovely and very clean. Alright the bathroom tiles were orange ... We were on AI. Couldnt really fault the food, yes at times it was repetitive but always something to choose. If I had to say a negative it was having to go to the AI room in the day if you were at the pool at the kids area and wanted a coffee as it was 2 floors up !! Much better than we expected. The whole hotel was immaculate everywhere including the pools.
