Best Benalmadena

After staying at this hotel for a few days, I can say it's truly the best. Upon entering the building, the beautiful, sparkling clean lobby immediately catches your eye. The staff at the reception were very polite – even though check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., the room was ready at 12 noon. Someone wrote about slow elevators – I'm joking. Four elevators serve guests very efficiently. If you're in a hurry, take the stairs, it's better to stay healthy. The room was clean, with a balcony, TV and A/C, free Wi-Fi, and a view of the sea, pool, and city. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, toilet, and bidet – all excellent. A mini set of toiletries, soap and body lotion, shampoo, and shower gel are also provided. The restaurant is very large and clean, and the food is very varied. The staff was very friendly, everything was beautifully presented, and there was a wide selection for everyone. If bottled water at €1.50 is too expensive for you, then... To Lidl, buy and drink as much as you want. Three sea-facing pools – one larger, another up to 0.8 m deep, and one for toddlers. Grass, umbrellas, trees, and loungers – all with a beautiful sea view and a snack bar. The town is situated along the coast, with plenty of hotels, restaurants, pubs, shops, and everything your heart desires. A half-hour walk along the beach will take you to the beautiful Marina – a place worth seeing due to the huge number of beautiful yachts. From here, you can also take a sea trip on a catamaran or other ship. If someone is in "complaining mode," it's better to stay home and not write nonsense. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

This is a lovely clean hotel. Ideally situated. Staff are lovely and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Really enjoyed my stay there

The hotel is in a lovely position with some amazing sea views. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety. The staff on the front desk are a bit miserable and did not greet us when we arrived and also lacked manners.

Fabulous mini break of 5nights. Hotel in a lovely loctation. Friendly staff in reception, restaurant and bars. Food was great... freshly cooked options available. Drinks are premium and no short measures! Room was large, clean and provided toiletries and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Side sea room had great views of the bay. We all said we would return. Thank you for a great stay.

I don’t normally look at the reviews but my I wish I had this time we just compleated a 8 night go home tonight We booked this hotel because it said indoor pool with jaqusi only to find it was 30 euros for 2 people for hour The walls on the balcony had thick black mould on them looked terrible The food had plenty of selection the first day thing is it’s the same nearly everyday and my worst thing is it was lucke warm at best I had to use the microwave every meal time To let you no it’s 35 min walk down to the harbour and 15 mins down to the first shop. 40 min bus ride into old benalmedena This hotel maybe was 4 star 20 years ago but would struggle to gain 2.5 star now it’s run down desperate for a update to the rooms It looks stunning in the pictures must have been taken years ago Looking round there are plenty proper 4 star hotels near. To the town that put this supposed four star to shame Benalmedena itself is very nice beautiful harbour plenty bars restaurants and shops and old benalmedena is stunning we went a day to ronda and well worth a look Sorry its a bit dull review but it’s the truth
