Hotel was clean and food very reasonable, however there is a horrendous sickness bug lurking within the hotel and affected 11 out of our group of 16. Should be closed until it’s safe to reopen. The early mornings were resonated with the sound of people being sick .

MULTIPLE GUESTS SUFFERING VOMITING & DIARRHOEA, SHOCKING HYGIENE AND NO CONCERN FROM MANAGEMENT I feel compelled to write this review to warn other holidaymakers about our extremely distressing experience at this hotel. Before travelling, I had already read numerous worrying reviews reporting sickness, vomiting and diarrhoea. I raised concerns before our holiday but unfortunately we were unable to change our accommodation. MULTIPLE GUESTS SUFFERING VOMITING AND DIARRHOEA During our stay, I personally spoke to several other guests who told me they had also suffered from both vomiting and diarrhoea. These were not simply online reviews or rumours. These were conversations with people staying at the hotel at the same time as us. One of my friends became extremely ill on Thursday evening, initially suffering repeated diarrhoea before developing vomiting. Another member of our group subsequently became unwell, and I also developed diarrhoea, stomach cramps, chills, headaches and body aches shortly after returning home. Three people in our travelling group became ill, alongside several other hotel guests who personally told me they had experienced vomiting and diarrhoea. Although I cannot prove where these illnesses originated, this is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about how reports of sickness are being investigated and managed. DISGUSTING HYGIENE STANDARDS When my friend became ill, I immediately informed reception that the room and bathroom needed thoroughly cleaning, with fresh bedding and towels. Despite cleaners attending, I returned to find VOMIT STILL LEFT IN THE BATHROOM. This was absolutely disgusting. I had to complain again, and it took virtually the entire day before the bathroom was cleaned properly. Given the number of people reporting gastrointestinal illness, I would have expected the hotel to take hygiene and infection control extremely seriously. NO APOLOGY, NO ASSISTANCE, NO COMPENSATION Despite reporting the illness and the unacceptable cleaning, we received absolutely no apology, no meaningful assistance and no offer of compensation. Nobody from management approached us to check on our welfare. I was so concerned about the hygiene situation that I paid the hotel an additional €80 for a separate room on our final night. I should never have been put in a position where I felt it necessary to pay extra for somewhere I felt comfortable sleeping. MY WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS Please take the sickness reviews seriously and read them carefully before booking. We paid for a relaxing holiday and instead experienced illness, distress, additional expense and a complete lack of concern from hotel management. I sincerely hope the hotel investigates the reports of vomiting and diarrhoea, reviews its cleaning procedures and takes appropriate steps to protect future guests. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO CONSIDER THESE EXPERIENCES BEFORE BOOKING.

Enjoyed holiday and hotel was what we expected. Had few rain days so more British tv channels would be a god send. Food from grill station was fresh and hot with good variety. staff very friendly and accommodating. Any issues would be the behaviour and language of single sex groups

Honest review, this place is lovely, entertainment brilliant, pool is average, food is average but it’s all inclusive so it’s never gonna be 5* location is ok to for the price we paid and for October. Now the worst bit, unfortunately the dreaded happened from what we read on the reviews 1st day my son 2nd day me and 3rd my wife just my daughter left 🙄, honestly don’t no what to put it down too, food poisoning a definite no, is it nerovirus or is it bug brought in from somewhere else but as for people saying the staff didn’t give a s!,t they sent a specialist team in to clean or room and offered medical help, it seems to be a 24hr illness so I can happily say I’m enjoying 90% of my holiday. Would I come back, hmmmm probably not as the illness has effected my anxiety too much, would I stay longer if I had the choice yes as I’m probably immune to it now 😂😂 Look 👀….. so if your coming, enjoy yourself, Thanks 🙏🏼

Good hotel, clean, quiet and close to the beach and promenade. friendly employees at the desk and in the restaurant and bar. Pitty the main bar wasn't open and there were papercups for the drinks at the pool. Better is to use plastic cups if glass is too dangerous near the pool.
