All bar staff so good. Happy and friendly. Asen,Eva, Cristian, Sebastian are brilliant. Good strong measures if you like to drink. Other reviews say choices arent good. UTTER NONSENSE. Great premium selection. Id love to come back again for a 3rd time. Have a good rest of 2026. Hopefully to see you all again. From all of our family.

Avoid! Don't eat at this hotel. The food was bad, some of us got food poisoning . A female waitress at a bar was talking bad about a customer to other employees in front of the customer. The only good thing was the view and some of the staff were friendly.

We spent 4 nights here with family and friends (3A and 5C) and everyone had a great time with no real complaints at all. The food was good and always well stocked. The freshly cooked fish and meat section at lunch and dinner was especially good as was the noodle station. Breakfast was the favourite meal of the day and the kids always stuffed themselves silly at that point. Lunch was perhaps the "worst" meal of the day but even then, there was still plenty of choice. The hotel wasn't busy so it was always easy to get a spot by the pool. The water was cold as it was April but the kids didn't seem to care that much. The rooms were basic but exactly as we expected. They were clean and large, beds were comfy and the balcony was good sized enough to sit out and watch the sea. So why not 5 stars...? In previous hotels for all inclusive, there is usually a snack shack set-up which is accessible when you are out and about the pool area. This usually allows kids to snack on pastries, fruit, chips etc. but not here. All food was accessible via the bar which was a little restrictive. In addition, the lift in the smaller part of the hotel is pretty slow so you have to factor this in if you want to get about...! If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars on here with the above being relatively minor as overall, we had an absolute blast and the staff were excellent. We would happily return and recommend.

First time here to Málaga, overall pleasant trip, private transfer to hotel. Down side just reception one person to do all the check in so spent 30 first time to then have to wait further 50 min just for key card due to not being able to have room til 2 pm- maybe more reception staff. I been to feed AL hotels this is the first where u have to produce a slip to say been in for food. Ok hotel clean tidy, well maintained, maybe bit of update need d in places. Staff very friendly and polite Food ok AL the same as pretty much any where else. Plenty of choice breakfast. Lunch and dinner, after week would be come repetitive I think, but as only here for 6 days hard to say. Pools there are 3 pools not massive but enough for how many where there at time of stay, even specialised equipment if have a disability and want to go in the pool, not really seen many that do this. Drink the options are from branded to there own, some not included and have to pay but pretty much have everything you can think off, snack bar, ok I can understand usually burger, hot dog, pizza, but to have to pay for chips really they probably the cheapest of all the foods, the burgers are Ham burger and to be honest quite good, the hot dogs are just as good and we have no issues with being ill at any point watching the food there or the restaurant- my only gripe with restaurant was that two occasions the chicken and pork was not cooked properly, so did not eat that. Rooms, we had room 1107 and wat a view it was, it was clean and very space at bed, shower goes hot and cold when using it and the air con blows about warm air, not good for someone who cannot settle if too humid. Not trouble or issues while there We walked to the marina nice walk around 45 mins plenty of pubs. Restaurants and shops along the way. Overall amazing relaxing holiday, Def come back to Málaga but try a different hotel.
