Sebastian looked after us from the moment we arrived, right to when we left. All of the other staff we very helpful as well

The facilities were good. As expected. The room was good. Sea view. The food was pretty good. Service in general was very good. The staff were all polite, courteous and helpful where possible. The downside was the fact that a sickness bug of some form was rife. Both my wife and myself caught it separately. My wife first and she was taken out for three days. Then I was taken out for a further two days afterwards. The staff at reception refused to admit they had a problem. Although they did suggest they could send food to the room. The four lifts had hand gel dispensers but they were more often than not empty. Whether this was over use or not being refilled as often as possible? I don’t believe it was the food but the whole thing puts one off of eating at all. Being woken in the night by the neighbours puking their guts out didn’t help. We spoke to a few other guests and we were not alone in our experience. Pity as the hotel, its facilities and staff were very good, but half of our ten day were spent looking after on or other of us.

Fantastic hotel beautiful too...staff were amazing ...every dept ...housekeeping everyday they did the rooms always smiling...the bar Fern and Fabian were soooo nice and cheerful and the restaurant staff were so friendly...Really enjoyed our stay here ...would definitely stay again without a thought ....very clean hotel and peaceful at night just the sound of waves crashing!! ❤️❤️❤️

Visited this hotel for 2nd time and big change from 2022. Please read reviews as they are true. I took the sickness bug and lost 2 days of my holiday. Spoke to 6 other people personally who also had.Sandra the manager no help offered me a kettle as usually costs 3euros a day. Shame as most staff were friendly and large rooms

5 out of the 6 of our group came down with a sickness bug which ultimately ruined the trip as we were only there 4 days. Disappointed at how the hotel handled it . Spoke to numerous other people who also had same bug but hotel seemed disinterested. Very disappointing
