Great stay, had a premium room with fabulous views. Enjoyed the premium perks, separate pool and attentive service. Met some really great people in the premium lounge - the Irish crowd certainly knew how to party - great fun. Hope to return again soon, many thanks

Our third stay, this time in a premium room which is absolutely worth the extra cost. Fab room, lovely views, very comfortable and clean. Paco who checked us in at the premium reception was charming and helpful, free drinks throughout the stay at the premium bar - 10am-6pm, food in the restaurant was plentiful, pretty varied and decent quality, we stayed full board. Watched the entertainment a couple of nights which was reasonably good, I think later in the season there would be more atmosphere of an evening, it did lack a bit at the bar later on. Location can’t be beaten, entire staff are excellent. We will no doubt return and more than likely in a premium room again.

From the minute we arrived it was a brilliant experience. Fernando is a credit to this hotel. Open, warm and friendly. Always looking to help and make our experience better. The hotel is modern and clean. We booked a premium room but didn’t know we had and that made our stay even better. Access to the premium lounge 10-6 with drinks and snacks. Along with 20% off food and drinks. Assess to the rooftop bar and a sea view room. The room was large and had a separate bedroom and lounge and a bathroom. Mini bar free and topped up everyday. The entertainment was good, DJ at the play bar during the day and live music in the evening. Lots of activities too if you wanted to get involved.

Staying at this beautiful hotel, which so far we have not been able to fault. Just spent the evening in the bar listening to the entertainment a tribute act Il Divo who were good. The bar staff were lovely and you could just tell that they all get on so well and this created a nice atmosphere as they were happy, especially Miguel and Rocio.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time & booked again directly through hotel, staff are amazing helpful, hotel is very clean, food is lovely, feel very relaxed and safe
