After reading lots of negative reviews regarding the food we were a bit apprehensive, however, the food was absolutely fine. Yes, some dishes were better than others but it's a 3* hotel so you don't expect fine dining. Hotel is spotlessly clean and staff work very hard and are very friendly all the time. Location is great and the gardens are lovely. Always somewhere to sit or sunbathe. This hotel is definitely worth the money. Our room was spotless. We had a great stay with no complaints at all. Thank you .

Thanks to good old Easyjet as flight delayed (again) for over an hour, we arrived late evening. Nice greeting and receptionist efficient. Unfortunately I did not sleep well as my room was right by the reception area. I was able to change my room, unfortunately to a lower grade room, as room was very basic. Cleaned everyday day except for the balcony. 2 sockets in the room and one in the bathroom. Very dated. One wardrobe with one side for dresses and other side for tops, 2 open cube like spaces right at the bottom of the wardrobe. That was all i had to put my clothes away. Duvets were in the other 2 cube like spaces. Space at the end of a very short bath (child's bath) for toiletries. No shelves. No line to hang clothes on the balcony even though it states it does in the book, as you are not allowed to hang clothes over the balcony. No porridge and no bananas at breakfast time 😏 Food is not good, mediocre and its warm, spent lunch times going out to eat. However, there is a microwave. After a few attempts to eat a dinner, I ended up skipping the dinners for the rest of the week and had banana and ice-cream each evening! Desserts, although quite a variety, were similar each time. Waiting staff in short supply, so we were clearing our table at each meal, which isn't acceptable even if it is a 3 ☆. Pool is doable and plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar is ok and service quite quick. There is the snack room for AI, which again is okay, the usual chips, burgers and hotdogs. Queues go down quickly at the bars. All barstaff work very hard. Hotel is located in a nice area, a bit of a distance from the shops and cafes to your right when going out of the gate but doable, with stopping and having the occasional drink. Not much to the left except a nice sandy beach. Entertainment isn't too bad. The 2 person entertainment team do the cabaret & bingo and another does the quiz. They are good, slap stick humour and quite funny, with the more you drink scenario! I appreciated the acts they did bring in but they were not exceptional. Its a shame there isn't a separate room for children's entertainment in the evening as its quite a long wait for adult entertainment to start. Having said that, lots of adults seemed to enjoy watching the children be entertained. Our holiday was a holiday of memories with my siblings. We are all over 60. So because of this, we could appreciate the specialness and our tolerance of the hotel was high, and we spent a lot of time laughing at the poor quality of many things about the hotel. I didn't have an awful time but because of the food, and the wait for entertainment I wouldn't come back to this hotel. It helped me to remind myself (alot) that it is a 3*

Just got back from a week staying here. It's our 4th time at this hotel and it was just as fantastic as usual. Last time we stayed was in 2022, but we were glad to see that nothing much has changed in that time which is good as nothing needs to change. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good location, decent food, and we also got our room upgraded as this was our honeymoon and also had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Can not fault this hotel at all and we will 100% be back. Thankyou for making it so special for us.

Fantastic hotel. Just returned from a week’s stay, spotlessly clean , great size room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The beds very comfortable and shower pressure great. Plenty of choice of foods sometime not hot enough but microwave available to heat to your needs . Alcohol was fine ie wine beer spirts and cocktails. Could always get a lounger at the pool. Staff very nice and helpful. Only downside was we had to buy a kettle 15euros at the supermarket and pay an extra 50euros to hire a fridge for the room for the week,but that was our choice . I would definitely recommend this hotel

We have just arrived back from this hotel. The staff are like machines, they never stop. The hotel is very clean, inside and outside. They accommodate everyone. I would feel comfortable going here as a solo guest. We never went hungry, there was something for all of our group of 6. One being coeliac. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by and a supermarket directly across the road. You can get a bus to anywhere or most things are within walking distance. The atmosphere was great for the whole week we were there. The rooms were very basic but to sleep and shower in they are great. As others have said bring an extension lead. You can't take the room towels down to the pool so bring a beach towel with you. The drinks were great and the bar stays open till midnight. All in all a great holiday and will return.
