Went as Father and Daughter for a week, Had a fantastic time, food is good and worth it, rooms are nice, cleaned every day, All the staff are very helpful and are always there when you need them. Big shoutout to the Animation team George, Lola and Hernan, Always activities during the day and fantastic entertainment in the evening for example, Karaoke, Cabaret, Live Acts, Bingo, Quizzes and Much more. This was our 2nd time here, and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend booking All inclusive. It's worth it, Great for all ages. Location is great 5-10 minute walk to shops and bars, Bus stop right outside the hotel, Beach directly opposite the back gate.

My husband has a disability, I requested a room with a view. If he was unwell we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. We were given a disabled room GF with a great view. Hotel spotless & food good. All staff were excellent.

Just got back from staying here and it was ok. I’ll start with the positives - very clean - right on the beach - staff are lovely & work hard - breakfast was good, wide variety Now the negatives - no fridge in the room - very basic furniture - small pool for the size of the hotel - pool bar not open (but end of season) - food was often only luke warm - food was also very samey every night While I wouldn’t return to this hotel we did have a nice time.

First impressions not good room was clean but need of up-date and as others have commented lacked fridge, hair dryer and tea making facilities. However, opinion soon changed. Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. Although limited variation throughout the week found the choice reasonable. Overall impression excellent value for money.

Amazing hotel. Staff lovely, food good variety and microwaves to warm up if needed. Entertainment staff, Lola, George and Hernans hilarious 😂. Eida and Havier friendly and fun bar staff. All staff from house keeping to Manager helpful and friendly. Booked again for next year even though only just back after our recent visit! 5th time!
