We had a wonderful stay at this 3-star hotel. The location is fantastic, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always working hard with a smile. We would prefer not to mention individual names, as everyone was truly fantastic and we would not want to risk unintentionally leaving anyone out. We honestly do not have a single complaint — and it is very rare for us to say that. We have never experienced a hotel where everything was so consistently good from start to finish. Our holiday was absolutely perfect. The service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and location were all excellent, and every member of staff contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. We had a fantastic holiday from beginning to end and would highly recommend this hotel

Great location on the beach front. Very accessible for those in our party with mobility issues. Approx hour walk on flat promenade to castle with shops, restaurants and bars lining the way. Bus stop right outside hotel and train station nearby. Beautiful grounds with lots of loungers and space. Not all crammed around the pool. I particularly liked the quiet lower level shady area. Spotlessly clean rooms, grounds and amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, walls are thin (expect to hear your neighbours) and need updating. Safes and hairdryers can be hired. But sea views, comfortable beds, powerful shower, multiple language channels on TV and radio and fresh linen daily. I'm told refurbishment is underway. We were half board basis. I found enough choice of food not to be hungry for the week, however some of the buffet dishes were warm rather than hot. If you were prepared to wait then there was a daily chef on the grill area cooking fresh omelettes, eggs and pancakes at breakfast and meat and fish of an evening. Dessert selection is very poor, same bland cakes and odd flavour mousse and jelly every evening. It's value for money for a 3 star hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. It’s great for families, with a lovely pool and little park for kids. We also enjoyed taking our girls to the mini disco. The rooms are clean and maintained well throughout our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downside we found was the food wasn’t as great as times before but we chose to eat out instead. Overall a lovely time was had. Thank you.

We had a brilliant time at this hotel. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are friendly and hard working. We had a family room on the 8th floor with a sea view, which was spotless on arrival and was cleaned every day. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are dated, but perfectly comfortable. There were a couple of power sockets dotted about but i took an extension cable which was fine. There are safes available to hire. This cost 50€, of which 10€ was returned when we checked out. The lifts are quite small and do get busy at peak times, but we never waited more than a few minutes. We were all inclusive at this hotel and never went hungry. Whilst not a huge selection of food, there was always something we liked, especially from the grill which provided a constant supply of grilled fish/chicken/sausage/burgers. The snack bar is open twice a day with toasties/hotdogs/pizza/burger so if you are a bit fussier can eat here rather than in main restraunt. The pool bar has a good range of drinks and a small selection of cocktails included in the all inclusive. You can buy 'premium' drinks and additional cocktails if you wish. Worth noting the bar is cashless. There are plenty of sunbeds available at both the pool and with in the gardens. We never had an issue finding either a sunbed or a sun umbrella, however this might not be the case further on into the main season. The pool is freezing 🤣 though it is fine once you are in. Last, but not least, the animation team at this hotel are excellent. Lola and George work exceptionally hard to make sure that everyone enjoys their holiday. They know your name after the first day and whilst they encourage you to join in they are happy to leave you to chill in the sun! There are games and activities available through out the day then a full entertainment programme each night. We were sad to leave, and can't wait to return.
